We have had our hot tub for about a month and love it! We learned a lot about Salt water tubs from John and Marc was very helpful on helping us pick out our hot tub. Took delivery of our Arctic Spas hot tub today and was very happy with the experience from the show room to the delivery. Our salesperson Andrew was extremely personable , knowledgeable and patient while answering all of our questions. We have a steep and difficult backyard to get the hot tub to and it was handled with skill and planning. We just had some service done on our spa and Ryan informed us about the benefits of a saltwater spa. He was so knowledgeable and open to questions. Although we had heard about saltwater spas, his manner and knowledge helped clinch the deal. We are delighted!

My wife and I recently purchased an “Arctic Fox” Spa from the good people at Arctic Spa Duncan. We couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out, from the quality of the product, to the great level of service we received from their friendly and helpful staff. The level of support during the final setup following the installation has been nothing short of exceptional. We worked directly with Richard and Steve from the Crofton store location, which goes by name Aquafun Spa & Pool. This location is a service and distribution partner to the Duncan location. We would recommend the services provided by this partnership, for everything from Spa acquisition to the end operation of your Spa.

Once our Spa setup was complete, we took a sample of our water to “Steve” in Crofton, where he generated a detailed water analysis within minutes. This provided a very detailed outlined on how to treat our water. Everything we needed was supplies in-store and at a very reasonable price. The Spa we chose including the saltwater option, using the Onzen water treatment system. This system is well worth every penny! It is very gentle on your skin and doesn’t leaving you smelling like you were bathing in Chlorine. Its also a lot easier on you clothes and towels.

The power of the Spa jets is absolutely phenomenal! My wife’s favourite is the foot message. 🙂 Where I enjoys the 6 powerful back massage jets to work out the knots and stress. Our teen-kids have been enjoying the Spa as much if not more than we have! More “quality family time” has been an unexpected and wonderful spin off benefit! Overall, the Spa itself has a very pleasing aesthetic, with its clean lines and warm Cedar finish. It is a fantastic addition to our home and we look forward to many more evenings under the moon in our new Spa.

Again, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with ArcticSpa. We would without hesitation recommend this company to family and friends alike. If you’re on the fence about it, do it! You won’t regret it.

Last year, my family finally decided to take the leap and buy a hot tub. After much research we decided that a saltwater tub from Arctic Spas was the way to go. We have LOVED the tub, no regrets. Recently, I had to deal with thoroughly cleaning the tub on my own. I was terrified at the prospect but with Ryan's step by step support and instructions, I managed to successfully and uneventfully drain, clean and refill the tub. This is a big shout out to Ryan - Thanks so much for your patience diagnosing the problems and walking me through the whole process - with Ryan's expertise my tub is now back in business with minimal delay!

Tub tripped the breaker. Reset. Tripped again. Texted John (on the weekend!). John replied in minutes. John guessed the problem. I found the suspected short, removed faulty wiring. Currently en route to a cheap and easy fix. If the hardware store was as good as John, I'd be soaking by now. John and Arctic do it again.

I have been very happy with my Artic Fox. Just right for our family and runs perfectly.

Wow! We are so excited that after many years of being without a “tub” we recently purchased a previously owned Artic Spa. Yes, it is in pristine condition; with new jets, a new spa pack, new head pillows and a new cover with a side lift it came to us at a very affordable price. Imagine after all that time and Artic Spa still dedicated to their product; absolutely impressive that they maintain an older model!!!!! After researching, viewing different makes/models, and talking to various hot tub sales people, I decided on the Artic tub. Andrew’s information/advice (Victoria store) was accurate vs. misleading info from others. It has been 6 months of enjoyment and I definitely made the right decision on the artic tub, with salt water and spa boy - the best feature with the app. I’m at ease knowing I have Cadillac service with a solid tub. Andrew even remembered my name when popping into the store 6 months later. My experience: ignore sales people who knock salt water and/or Artic tub’s insulation system!!

Absolutely fabulous! I was “kicking tires” and called Sabrina at the Parksville location just to get some early quotes. She sent me options and information right away and followed up with a call. And while we hadn’t decided if we were even getting a swim spa at that time, she sent more options when promos changed and invited us to test out the Fisher swim spa on site. I was interested but my husband wasn’t convinced. I did a swim test at a competitor on a Friday, and we tested the Fisher swim spa the next day. My husband decided that day that we had to get one. With the jets and the swim jets tested out, we couldn’t believe how strong the swim current jets are. Far stronger than a far more expensive spa that i tested; and with variable speed and the ability to adjust the flow up or down at angles, it gave us more than we expected- if you turn them on high, they will push you across the pool so definitely good for working out swimming or walking or water running. The next decision was size- we went with the 15’ size with the lounger and we couldn’t be happier. Delivery was suddenly available due to a cancellations so We scrambled to get the electrical ready and a cement pad poured- I recommend going bigger than you think to ensure you have a comfortable amount of space around the spa. Sabrina answered my questions every step of the way while we weighed our cover options and salt water or regular chemical options; and she was patient with all of the questions we had and always had the information we needed to help on our decision. And the delivery team was amazing. Paul backed in and swung it into place with Eric hooking it up and making sure it was squared up within a millimeter then got everything running- Very conscientious about getting everything right. We love the spa and got the salt water system because it is far less maintenance and makes your skin feel great without any harsh chemicals- and less often water replacement - this was important to us being on a smaller island where water is at a premium. I just picked up our roll cover today and can’t wait to get it in place. I can’t say enough about the service from Sabrina and the team at Arctic Spa on Parksville. We are pleased with every aspect of our purchase and look forward to enjoying our swim spa year round. Thanks Sabrina and everyone at Arctic Spa Parksville!!!! Michele and Dan Scott

Had the Arctic Spa team here today delivering our new Tundra tub. The Driver Paul showed up last week to scope out the area to ensure all was good. Arrived on time this morning as promised at 10am along with his helper Alijah both were extremely polite and helpful. Tub was placed down exactly where I wanted it. The install Tech Eric was amazing. He went through everything thoroughly and made sure everything was working perfect before leaving. Extremely professional and obviously very knowledgeable. Although we were extremely disappointed with the 2 month delay for delivery of our new hot tub, we were very pleased with on-site delivery/placement by Paul and the installation and customer service of Eric.

This is my 2nd Arctic Spa we moved to Chemainus and bought a new swim spa from Marc in Duncan and had a warranty issue with the spa that meant it had to be replaced, and thanks to Caroline and her team at Arctic Spas we were able to setup and keep the damaged spa till the new one from the factory is delivered. Five star service !!

Well it’s been a month and the replacement swim spa has arrived with the Covana cover, and the delivery and install by the Arctic Spa team was excellent.
Everyone involved with the install, including Eric, Goran, Paul and Tania went the extra mile to assure we were happy and that everything went smoothly.

Tania and Goran provided outstanding support, with Goran demonstrating remarkable expertise and dedication. He quickly identified and resolved a manufacturing defect in the waterline. His ability to break down complex problems and communicate effectively made me feel valued and confident as a customer.

Purchased our hot tub 14 years ago after having researched every hot tub on Vancouver Island. We could have purchased any other tub for a considerable amount less but we felt paying the higher price for what Artic Spa offered was worth it. There have been very few days in the past 14 year that I have not used my tub. My husband has now passed and I find looking after the tub on my own is extremely easy. Paul R. and Eric A. arrived on schedule and did a great job of removing and installing the new tub. Paul is a master of the truck mounted crane! Paul and Eric did the setup quickly and Eric did a great job helping me set up the phone app , and then explained the controls and basic maintenance functions. One of the best qualities you can have a sales person is for your customers to say they have full trust in you and feel you operate with integrity. It is rare to find that these days, but Ryan delivered on both and I would recommend anyone using him.

Our salt water spa was one of the best purchases we have made, it is super simple to maintain! No more daily water checks, it practically looks after itself. We use it year round and in the summer the grandkids love playing in it. The WIFI connection allows us to monitor levels and adjust temperature easily.

Came into parksville location thinking that I needed to spend hundreds of dollars to buy a part to clear an error that kept recurring on my system. Tanya looked us up on the computer and suggested that we should first update our software and see if issue was solved. It was! Thanks Tanya.

We recently moved to Duncan and wanted to become first-time spa owners. We did a lot of research online, we watched for deals both in refurbished and new tubs, and we sat in a lot of tubs in showrooms.

We went with the Be Well M420 spa (Canadian-made in Quebec!) from Artic Spas Vancouver Island (Duncan). We're thrilled with the way this brand has insulated wall panels rather than spray foam insulation on the tub. This makes it MUCH easier to access the components if repairs are needed on hoses or jets. Also love the reinforced, self-supporting fiberglass shell on the tub that allows heat generated by the pumps to be transferred into the tub. We really wanted a salt-water system as it does feel so nice on the skin, and this tub is set-up with a straight-forward salt-water system from the start (not a conversion.) And of course having 73 jets is awesome, and we've been loving the multiple height seats as we move around the tub.

We had an absolutely fantastic customer service experience from Marc Gibeau -- he really knows his stuff and took the time to go through all the details on the spas in a friendly and knowledgeable but not-pushy way.

Solid, responsive communication from Tania Gray resulted in a delivery date for our in-stock spa in under two weeks, in time for our family arriving for the holidays!

Paul and his delivery team were on-time, efficient and ensured the tub was placed exactly where we wanted it. We have a very steep gravel driveway, but they made it look effortless.

And I want to give special recognition to our Service Tech Eric Aasen who took the time to explain how everything worked, from the controls to water balancing so that we feel confident in running our the tub to prolong its lifespan.

We have been using our new tub every day and are so very happy with it. If you're waffling about a new spa, Artic Spas Vancouver Island is the right choice. And yes, this is a completely independent review without perks or compensation. We're just genuinely happy customers.

We had to replace our old hot tub which we purchased at another location down island. We were unhappy with the previous companies service. Sabrina at Arctic Spas was awesome. No pressure sales and we got a great deal. Her suggestion to go with salt water was excellent. We love the tub and the way the water feels and it is almost always perfect with the chemicals. We did have a couple of minor issues that were dealt with very quickly. The technician Eric was great. Super quick and checked in when he arrived and left. We were away for one of the visits but he made sure he left hand written instructions for the unit he installed. Definitely recommend Arctic Spas.

Marc in sales was our first contact and he spent the right amount of time asking us questions and fitting us with the perfect spa in size, features, and budget.

There was young man in the back (didn’t get his name) who when asked if we could do a custom cover said “no problem”. Didn’t make us feel like we were putting him out.

Paul from service came out to the house for a site visit weeks before the install to make sure everything would go smoothly.

Tania in service coordinated the actual install date and met our wishes for a specific date.

On the “big” day, Paul showed up with Richard and they dragged the 600 lb spa up the 12% grade walkway with not a single complaint. The install went very quickly and smoothly. They were polite, professional, and respectful of the property.

John (CEO) showed up shortly after to complete the electrical install, fill the spa, add the salt, and conduct a personal orientation.

From the start to finish, every person in the process performed ABCD (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty).

We're new to the hot tubs world. Our hot tub water recently became cloudy, after bunch of kids jumping in and out of it for two days in a row. I've decided to get some advice form Arctic Spas on what we should do about it, and met Sabrina there. What a wealth of information she is! In just a few minutes I knew exactly what to do. She also recommended to try salt-water option for the hot tub, which is extremely inspiring. And her philosophy of "the least amount of chemicals" in a hot tub clicks very well with our preferences. on what we needed to do to prepare our site and arrange electric hookup,

This salt water spa system is so much nicer than the chemical alternative and the app makes control and maintence a breeze! highly reccomend if ur looking for a hot tub!

I had an issue with the YESS system on my 2022 Kodiak and I reached out to John, the owner, for advice. John could not have been nicer. He quickly responded to me, providing videos and taking me through the procedure to set the valves correctly inside the shell.

It turns out that the valves had been misaligned for the entire 2.5 years I’ve owned the tub and the YESS system was not operating anywhere near full efficiency.

He helped me avoid a service call. He saved me money. Here’s the thing. I reached out to him blindly. I live in the US and didn’t buy my tub from him. He didn’t have to do any of this. This is how I know he’s a good person.

This is the dealer you want to buy from. One who is truly in it to ensure his customers are happy with what they’ve purchased and that they’re getting everything out of what they’ve purchased.

John is good people. He takes care of his customers. He’s obviously there when you need him.

If you’re in B.C. and looking for a hot tub, this is the guy you need to buy from. You’ll be getting a great tub, first off, but for as long as you own it you’ll have stand-up support. Thats getting harder and harder to find these days.
