Caroline really helped me out the other day when my spa's probe was acting up. I came in at the end of the day and she stayed late to help assess my issue and offer a few things to try, including some great DIY tips that ended up solving my problem, which saved me a lot of time and money. She was also courteous enough to follow up with me the next day via email to let my know my PH was a bit high but that otherwise she was happy to see the probe was working again. Also a big thanks to Devon, who is always available to help with my water chemistry questions.

We bought a hot tub from the store in Duncan last July. It's one of the best things we've ever bought. We love it! Great value for money, knowledgable low-pressure sales people, and good after-sales service. I recently purchased an Arctic Spa tub, installed on Nov. 12. While the sales experience was average, the exceptional follow-up service far exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with the YESS system on my 2022 Kodiak and I reached out to John, the owner, for advice. John could not have been nicer. He quickly responded to me, providing videos and taking me through the procedure to set the valves correctly inside the shell.

It turns out that the valves had been misaligned for the entire 2.5 years I’ve owned the tub and the YESS system was not operating anywhere near full efficiency.

He helped me avoid a service call. He saved me money. Here’s the thing. I reached out to him blindly. I live in the US and didn’t buy my tub from him. He didn’t have to do any of this. This is how I know he’s a good person.

This is the dealer you want to buy from. One who is truly in it to ensure his customers are happy with what they’ve purchased and that they’re getting everything out of what they’ve purchased.

John is good people. He takes care of his customers. He’s obviously there when you need him.

If you’re in B.C. and looking for a hot tub, this is the guy you need to buy from. You’ll be getting a great tub, first off, but for as long as you own it you’ll have stand-up support. Thats getting harder and harder to find these days.

We bought a Kodiac spa and couldn't be happier. The sales people (Andrew and Caroline) were welcoming and informative with no pressure. We even got to try it out before purchasing. The delivery team (Paul, Sam and Goran) did a flawless job; on time and placed carefully exactly as we planned. There are things to learn with a new hot tub and the support from Tania and Andrew has been friendly, clear and concise. We are using our hot tub every day! After researching, viewing different makes/models, and talking to various hot tub sales people, I decided on the Artic tub. Andrew’s information/advice (Victoria store) was accurate vs. misleading info from others. It has been 6 months of enjoyment and I definitely made the right decision on the artic tub, with salt water and spa boy - the best feature with the app. I’m at ease knowing I have Cadillac service with a solid tub. Andrew even remembered my name when popping into the store 6 months later. My experience: ignore sales people who knock salt water and/or Artic tub’s insulation system!!

This salt water spa system is so much nicer than the chemical alternative and the app makes control and maintence a breeze! highly reccomend if ur looking for a hot tub!

Stopped at the Parksville location on a Saturday of a long weekend when the store was actually closed. Sabrina happened to be in doing some work and was on her way out but took the time to get the items we needed, including a new cover lifter and showing us different filter options. Outstanding customer service and we look forward to our next visit.

One of the best qualities you can have a sales person is for your customers to say they have full trust in you and feel you operate with integrity. It is rare to find that these days, but Ryan delivered on both and I would recommend anyone using him.

We recently moved to Duncan and wanted to become first-time spa owners. We did a lot of research online, we watched for deals both in refurbished and new tubs, and we sat in a lot of tubs in showrooms.

We went with the Be Well M420 spa (Canadian-made in Quebec!) from Artic Spas Vancouver Island (Duncan). We're thrilled with the way this brand has insulated wall panels rather than spray foam insulation on the tub. This makes it MUCH easier to access the components if repairs are needed on hoses or jets. Also love the reinforced, self-supporting fiberglass shell on the tub that allows heat generated by the pumps to be transferred into the tub. We really wanted a salt-water system as it does feel so nice on the skin, and this tub is set-up with a straight-forward salt-water system from the start (not a conversion.) And of course having 73 jets is awesome, and we've been loving the multiple height seats as we move around the tub.

We had an absolutely fantastic customer service experience from Marc Gibeau -- he really knows his stuff and took the time to go through all the details on the spas in a friendly and knowledgeable but not-pushy way.

Solid, responsive communication from Tania Gray resulted in a delivery date for our in-stock spa in under two weeks, in time for our family arriving for the holidays!

Paul and his delivery team were on-time, efficient and ensured the tub was placed exactly where we wanted it. We have a very steep gravel driveway, but they made it look effortless.

And I want to give special recognition to our Service Tech Eric Aasen who took the time to explain how everything worked, from the controls to water balancing so that we feel confident in running our the tub to prolong its lifespan.

We have been using our new tub every day and are so very happy with it. If you're waffling about a new spa, Artic Spas Vancouver Island is the right choice. And yes, this is a completely independent review without perks or compensation. We're just genuinely happy customers.

This is my 2nd Arctic Spa we moved to Chemainus and bought a new swim spa from Marc in Duncan and had a warranty issue with the spa that meant it had to be replaced, and thanks to Caroline and her team at Arctic Spas we were able to setup and keep the damaged spa till the new one from the factory is delivered. Five star service !!

Well it’s been a month and the replacement swim spa has arrived with the Covana cover, and the delivery and install by the Arctic Spa team was excellent.

Tub tripped the breaker. Reset. Tripped again. Texted John (on the weekend!). John replied in minutes. John guessed the problem. I found the suspected short, removed faulty wiring. Currently en route to a cheap and easy fix. If the hardware store was as good as John, I'd be soaking by now. John and Arctic do it again.

We had a recent off-island, leaking hot tub mystery and Arctic Spas was wonderful to work with to help address our problem! Ryan, in particular, was immensely helpful as we troubleshooted our issue by distance. My wife and I recently purchased an “Arctic Fox” Spa from the good people at Arctic Spa Duncan. We couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out, from the quality of the product, to the great level of service we received from their friendly and helpful staff. The level of support during the final setup following the installation has been nothing short of exceptional. We worked directly with Richard and Steve from the Crofton store location, which goes by name Aquafun Spa & Pool. This location is a service and distribution partner to the Duncan location. We would recommend the services provided by this partnership, for everything from Spa acquisition to the end operation of your Spa.

Once our Spa setup was complete, we took a sample of our water to “Steve” in Crofton, where he generated a detailed water analysis within minutes. This provided a very detailed outlined on how to treat our water. Everything we needed was supplies in-store and at a very reasonable price. The Spa we chose including the saltwater option, using the Onzen water treatment system. This system is well worth every penny! It is very gentle on your skin and doesn’t leaving you smelling like you were bathing in Chlorine. Its also a lot easier on you clothes and towels.

The power of the Spa jets is absolutely phenomenal! My wife’s favourite is the foot message. 🙂 Where I enjoys the 6 powerful back massage jets to work out the knots and stress. Our teen-kids have been enjoying the Spa as much if not more than we have! More “quality family time” has been an unexpected and wonderful spin off benefit! Overall, the Spa itself has a very pleasing aesthetic, with its clean lines and warm Cedar finish. It is a fantastic addition to our home and we look forward to many more evenings under the moon in our new Spa.

Again, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with ArcticSpa. We would without hesitation recommend this company to family and friends alike. If you’re on the fence about it, do it! You won’t regret it.

Excellent tub if you want top quality with minimal maintenance demands and don’t want to soak in a pool of chemicals. They were able to make a plug and play model for us (110 amp service) and it has worked well. Service staff have been helpful, reliable and responsive.

Very knowledgeable and polite. Caroline answered all our questions clearly and without any sales pressure. We thought the spas were out of our price range but she showed us the Be Well spas and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We enjoy it every chance we get.

First time trying to clean a pool, I had many questions and was very confused.
Devin, was the pool specialist I talked to. He was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction. Plus! I have to say as a woman asking questions about something I genuinely knew nothing about, I didn’t feel talked down too, no mansplaining and I wasn’t hit on; I just received help. Seems silly I’m sure to a male person, but this often is the case, and here it was not. Also I needed a pump fixed and they had it done within 24hrs and it’s working perfectly.

I love my Be Well hot tub. Marc is very knowledgable and provides excellent, friendly service every time I go in. Highly recommend!

We had Goran come to pick up our pool pump on Monday as it was leaking and making weird noises. He explained that the noise was from the bearings and the seal was gone and told us the shop would be closed next week and hoped he could have it fixed before then. Last year, my family finally decided to take the leap and buy a hot tub. After much research we decided that a saltwater tub from Arctic Spas was the way to go. We have LOVED the tub, no regrets. Recently, I had to deal with thoroughly cleaning the tub on my own. I was terrified at the prospect but with Ryan's step by step support and instructions, I managed to successfully and uneventfully drain, clean and refill the tub. Paul came by earlier to check it out and make recommendations as to positioning that we hadn’t thought of. Eric, Goran and Tania as well as Paul and Andrew were here to make the delivery a success. Everyone worked well as a team and it all went smoothly. Eric and Paul did the set up. Eric was very meticulous as to where holes were drilled for attachments and did an excellent job of explaining and showing us how to look after our hot tub. Thanks everyone!

Bought a new spa pack. The knowledge and expertise provided by the technicians, Devon and Goran, was exemplary. This was the best service I could’ve hoped for, and I would recommend them to anybody. I am very satisfied, thanks guys.

Our salesperson Marc was very helpful and informative, we appreciated his feedback and we bought the perfect tub for our needs. The delivery guys were great, Matthew the installer was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy our new spa the same evening! I scheduled a visit to troubleshoot some issues with our 7 year old hot tub.
Eric reached out an hour before getting here, which I requested and needed to be able to get here from work.

Very, and I mean very promptly had his tools down to the back yard, tub panels open and... comically confirmed the issue he had said it likely was as he was unloading and getting ready.

Eric was great. I had to be there because we needed to test some connectivity issues with my phone and the spa boy. I was trying so hard not to be the "staring over his shoulder guy" but he is so inviting and knowledgeable. He showed me and talked me through operations of different things in our spa including the issues we were having and other neat tidbits that help to provide all our enjoyment with the hot tub!

We have another simple issue with one of the fountains but it will nee to be done when we empty and change the water. Its simple but i can tell from whatvhe showed me, will be a bit cumbersome and annoying working in a tight spot to replace and replumb piping in some tight quarters.

All I sensed from Eric though, was a positive explanation on how he will do it and the only thing standing in his way, is we will need the tub emptied so pipes are free of water (ps... VERY simple issue with one of the 4 fountains havig developed a clog!).

Monica and Tania were easy to deal with at the schediling end of things. Marc is always there in the Duncan Store front and helped me with some earlier info before i had things fully scheduled.

Sorry, had to say a lot above here because I got a lot! We know with absolute, 100% certainty, we use our spa way, and I mean WAY more than average folks. Arctic Spas has designed and produced an absolute industry leading spa and tremedously easy to service.

They surround it with excellent salespeople, efficient admin for service and most inportantly, very personable, knowledeable technicians tweaking little issues and setting them right!

And let me give John a little thumbs up too! The little videos online are great. Giving info on things that might stretch out 2-6 months more use on an salt cell and just nice stuff for some of the DIY people out there, saving them a buck instead of only relying on service calls... fantastic.

Needed a service call for our all weather pool. As scheduled, up comes Eric Aasen, Red Bull in hand. He was a great listener and then got right to work (in the rain). Eric fixed all of my issues and then checked everything two or three times just to be sure all was well. I’m a new owner of an Arctic Spas Hudson swim spa. This spa is awesome and Tania and Sabrina at Aquafun Pools and Spas have been exceptional in helping me get the spa dialled in perfectly. I also had Eric come by for some service issues. He was early and took care of all of my concerns in an efficient manner.

We purchased our spa in 2019. It was a big choice, but SO WORTH!!! The water is SO easy to maintain. With tubs we had in the past I would be changing water every couple of months due to in balanced water. The Spa boy system makes it beyond easy to maintain your water. I would never choose a different spa again. Well worth the investment.

We recently bought a Arctic Spa hot tub from Marc..he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and great to deal with. He arranged for a prompt delivery/install after giving us very clear instructions
on what we needed to do to prepare our site and arrange electric hookup,
before Christmas and Tanya, with her efficient organizing made it happen a day earlier than expected! Paul and Mathew cheerfully delivered our Tub during a torrential rain storm! but they had all the tools and knowledge to make it happen, under miserable wx. conditions.

Just wanted to say thanks to Tanya and Matt for great service recently on my Tundra. Love the tub!! Wish the App worked as well as they do!!

Purchased a hot tub 18 months ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately the salt water unit failed and the unit company had gone out of business. Tried the tech guys who were going to look into options but went to Sabrina and she actually figured out the issue and it was a simple problem with the power that was minimal cost. Wanted it working for family for Christmas and now it is working! So helpful and amazing. Will always be going to this company for our hot tub needs. Owner also came down during the discussion and was super helpful with advice for maintaining the chlorine levels etc. Was not happy initially with the failing unit but loved how they helped us figure it out and even gave us good advice for maintaining water cholorine levels in the future. They can be trusted to help you out even after the original purchase.

Stopped in to see about buying a hot tub at the Parkville store. Sabrina was super helpful and awesome. Very knowledgable and sold me on a hot tub… Almost. just have to go away and do a little bit more research. Love Arctic spas!

From the first moment we walked into the show room we have had a great experience. Sabrina was amazing and well versed on all the products that were available. From beginning to end the service has been outstanding. Paul and Duncan did the installation with complete ease. Such lovely people to deal with. They all made our purchase excellent.

We had technician Goran Jandric come to our house to fix a problem we were having with the Arctic spa app. He was very professional and very experienced and on time. He did some troubleshooting and knew exactly what the problem was. Changed an electronic part. I had to re-register my spa on the app and now it works fine. I am an advocate of Arctic spas and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a spa especially on Vancouver island. Very pleased.

We are very happy with our Arctic Spa. Caroline has provided exceptional customer service following our purchase. I recently called for assistance and after calling her extension at the business number she let me know she was in the UK. Even though it was after 8pm UK time, she still logged in to her laptop to check the statistics of our tub and provided advice over the phone. Always happy to provide help, no matter what! Thanks to the team for the help so far.
