We purchased our Spa seven years ago and I recently needed immediate service on it as I run an Airbnb and our guests book with us, knowing we have a saltwater spa. Everyone from Monica in the Crofton office to the service team Duncan And Lydia, all were amazing getting the job booked getting all the parts together and making sure it was up and running for my guest family checking in tomorrow from Switzerland! We were having difficulty with our Spa boy readings on our ArticSpa hot tub. Duncan from Aqua Fun came out to service the tub and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He took extra time to diagnose the problem and, once he replaced the probe, waited until everything was working perfectly! Highly recommend!

Goran and Lydia can to my house to service my hot tub. They were very professional and thorough. Fixed some issues my hot tub had. Answered all my questions and showed me how to do some maintenance as a new hot tub owner. I recommend their services.

Great service from Eric at Arctic Spas Duncan! He called ahead to let me know when he’d be arriving and was friendly, courteous and professional. I had a water leak and had found a loose fitting myself, but it was still leaking. Eric found the actual problem and explained what had happened in simple, easy-to-understand terms. I recently hired Arctic Spas Victoria to assist with a winterization and move of my hot tub from my balcony to a storage container which was a very technical move and required a lot of experience. I needed to replace the 14 year old jets in my Arctic Fox Spa. Jenny Seredocka at the Victoria store did a great job to help me. I was unsure which jets I needed, as the jets have changed slightly over the years. She loaned me some jets, so that I could test fit them and ensure that I received the correct ones. She managed to put together all of the jets I needed from in store inventory. She was very pleasant and helpful.

An Arctic Spa is the way to go when looking for a tub. We love our salt water system with the pulsating jets. Shout out to the team there for getting the tub in our tricky location to enjoy for years to come. Thank you Tania, Marc, Paul & Elsa.

We had a noise with our new tub and the spa boy needed to be re-calibrated. Monica Crossfield took my call and was very helpful. She was able to secure a tech for the next day. Kept me updated in between. The next day Eric Aasen came by and fixed our issues I’m not time. He even took the time to explain a few things to me about the spa and chemicals. Super friendly and knew his stuff.

Our hot tub was delivered at a time when our electrician wasnt able to be on-site After the wiring was done we had Eric ,one of the tech guys walk us through the process over the phone .He was very knowledgeable and had all the answers.Even called me a few days later to check and make sure things were going well Great customer service from Eric
