She has gone above and beyond in every aspect in terms of providing friendly and informative information and has demonstrated excellent follow-up services in the home. Sabrina has gone out of her way outside of her regular work hours on three separate occasions to re-explain how to maintain the tub, it’s pH levels and other tub features. Tub tripped the breaker. Reset. Tripped again. Texted John (on the weekend!). John replied in minutes. John guessed the problem. I found the suspected short, removed faulty wiring. Currently en route to a cheap and easy fix. If the hardware store was as good as John, I'd be soaking by now. John and Arctic do it again.

Last year, my family finally decided to take the leap and buy a hot tub. After much research we decided that a saltwater tub from Arctic Spas was the way to go. We have LOVED the tub, no regrets. Recently, I had to deal with thoroughly cleaning the tub on my own. I was terrified at the prospect but with Ryan's step by step support and instructions, I managed to successfully and uneventfully drain, clean and refill the tub. We received our new Eagle Hot SPA (Classic series) last week and have used the tub every day at times 5-6 / day. The store manager (Marc) was helpful, honest and provided us with guidance and advice prior to the delivery - especially when choosing between chlorinated tubs vs. saltwater tubs. We chose the saltwater tub and boy are we ever grateful. At delivery and installation - the delivery team of Paul and Eric was superb. These two guys were polite, well-mannered and made the delivery and installation stress free. They were careful and professional with the new tub - and you could tell they had done this a hundred times before, so nothing surprised them, and knew how to handle every little hurdle that faced them. They were a well-oiled team that got the job done well and with excellent results. Although the end of the day came by fast, however we received a very thorough technical explanation of our hot tub maintenance and use. The Arctic Spa Duncan is an excellent store and staff that provides excellent service and products. We paid a little bit more for the tub, but the outcome has been excellent. This product, store and staff are highly recommended. Thanks again to Marc, Paul and Eric. Bravo Zulu!!

He simply presented the many facts that helped us decide, and left us to make our own decision. We have owned 3 tubs since the late '80s, and chemicals was a deal beaker. Paul, Eric, and Alex did an excellent job delivering and installing our Custom Series Yukon tub. It was positioned exactly as I wanted. Our electrician had two of the wire connections backwards beforehand which caused a fuse to blow on the motherboard of the tub when it was hooked up. Luckily, I was able to get the electrician over within 15 minutes, and in that time, Eric drove up to the Arctic Spas Parksville location to pick up a new fuse. For a few minutes, I thought we would be waiting a week to enjoy our tub but everything worked out great! Eric was very helpful in explaining the periodic maintenance, the initial and recurring chemistry balancing, and any other various questions I had. Thanks guys.

I wanted a Hot Tub, but there were so many options. Bruce was the first I spoke to and he offered some great options and suggestions; including me doing my own research, which I did. Extensively. In the end, Arctic Spas was my best option from Price to Efficiency. I appreciated him not hard selling me, yet he was thorough with checking in. Eventually, my Hot Tub came way earlier than expected and the two technicians, Sam and Paul made installation a breeze. We chose ARCTIC SPA for the quality of materials, finish and the SPABOY electronics that actually make it very easy to operate and keep track of water quality. Being able to monitor operating cost is a real benefit and, as you probably know, the operating cost of this spa is substantially less than others we have had over the years. We find the salt water method of operation to be far superior to previous spas as well. The water is always crystal clear even though we are on well water with a higher PH level.

We checked out several different spas in our quest to purchase a tub but once we visited the showroom in Parksville, our choice was easy. We have owned a hot tub from a different manufacturer in the past and wanted to downsize the tub and reduce the maintenance. Bruce at the Parksville location was awesome in explaining and helping us make our decision. He has been wonderful with his support over the process of ordering, site planning and follow up once delivered. The delivery team (Sam and Ryan) were also fantastic - they carefully moved the tub through a couple of tight spots with care and humour and really took the time to get the tub up and running. We were able to use the tub that night! I can't stress enough about how easy this tub is to maintain. We have owned before and found that maintenance could be a real pain. This salt water system with Spa Boy is unreal. I can't recommend enough. Beautiful, clear, soft water without constant tweaking - worth every penny if you are looking for a hot tub. We wanted to convert our existing hot tub to a salt water tub. I spoke to Caroline at Arctic Spas, who filled me in on our options, and we chose to go with the Saltron system. As we did not have a 110v plug near the tub and didn't want to run an extension card, we chose to hard wire it to the spa pac. Sam the technician did a great job of setting it up. He was knowledgeable, personable, and did a professional installation. He then took the time to explain the chemistry of the salt water system and how to test and adjust the water. We highly recommend Artic Spa for people in the market for a hot tub or looking to switch to a salt system.

My wife and I have owned our Arctic Spas Cub now for 2 and a half years, and this is the second time I am writing a positive Google review regarding the Vancouver Island Arctic Spas team. When I was having some recent issues with my tub I went into the Parksville location and spoke with Bruce regarding what I was experiencing. Bruce was more than helpful in helping me get to the root of the problem, and we got to the point where he set up a work order for the Arctic Spas service team to come to our home and perform some checks. Their service manager Mark called me to set up the service call day and time, and then sent their technician Sam out to do the checks and any necessary work as promised. Problem solved.All my experiences with any of the staff from Arctic Spas Vancouver Island have been more than positive. The Arctic Spas product quality speaks for itself, and even though they may know they have the best product in the hot tub market, the Vancouver Island team understands the value of good customer service as it pertains to customer retention. It costs 5x as much to acquire a new customer as it does to keep an existing one, and Arctic Spas Vancouver Island continually shows that they understand this simple business fact in their dealings with their customers.
