We have been working with Richard in CR but went to Parksville for a wet test and Sabrina was fantastic, coming in on her day off just to help us. She went over features and differences in tubs, designs, and answered all our questions! Thank you again!

Dropped in to see about having my spa water tested...since my normal shop is temporarily closed. We bought a Kodiac spa and couldn't be happier. The sales people (Andrew and Caroline) were welcoming and informative with no pressure. We even got to try it out before purchasing. The delivery team (Paul, Sam and Goran) did a flawless job; on time and placed carefully exactly as we planned. There are things to learn with a new hot tub and the support from Tania and Andrew has been friendly, clear and concise. We are using our hot tub every day! Just want to add that I've had the occasion to call Tania Gray for customer support and she has been excellent. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!

I think we already wrote a review, but honestly, 6 months have passed now since we purchased our Arctic Spa and we LOVE it more than we ever could have imagined!! We switched over from a chlorine/bromine tub to the Arctic Spa salt water and it was the best decision. Our hot tub is at our second home so we are away weeks and sometimes even a month or so at a time. Each time we have arrived, our Arctic spa has been ready and waiting with ZERO maintenance to do!! With our old hot tub it was a constant balancing of the chemical soup for days before we got it right. We still can’t believe how easy this is. There’s literally nothing to do except enjoy!! Also, our skin was always itchy and irritated after getting out of our old hot tub that used chemicals. With our Arctic Spa salt water- our skin actually feels better after! We cannot recommend Arctic Spas enough. The sales process with Caroline, customer service from her and her staff as well as the installation has been impeccable. So happy!

Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products. She was very accommodating for us to come and try out the swim spa (on more than one occasion). The swim spa we tested was the Hudson. It was a very nice unit. Spacious, with enough room for someone to swim while someone is sitting in the lounger. The 2 seats had good jets. Each targeted different areas. The one lounger seat side was more preferable with the jet placing. I was able to test out swimming with the tether (which is something I thought I wouldn’t like before trying), but it was good. Something very different than lane swimming (which is what I am used to), but still has the ability to provide a good workout in my opinion. I also tried swimming with the large jet running at the end of the tub. Which I didn’t enjoy as much. Swimming with the jet alone would not be enough counter current in my opinion (depending on your level of swimming). But swimming with the tether and the jet going, or just the tether alone would be good. Overall both my husband and I liked the spa. Seems like they are a very well built and functioning product. Overall had a wonderful experience with Sabrina:)

We are in the deciding stage of buying a hot tub or spa and we are pretty keen on salt water so we have been dealing with Arctic Spa. We drove to Parksville to wet test a tub and Sabrina helped us so much. Her knowledge and care was outstanding even though we will be dealing locally. Great service from Eric at Arctic Spas Duncan! He called ahead to let me know when he’d be arriving and was friendly, courteous and professional. I had a water leak and had found a loose fitting myself, but it was still leaking. Eric found the actual problem and explained what had happened in simple, easy-to-understand terms. He also recommended some helpful videos so I can better understand and maintain my spa. Knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with. Thanks, Eric!

From the first moment we walked into the show room we have had a great experience. Sabrina was amazing and well versed on all the products that were available. From beginning to end the service has been outstanding. Paul and Duncan did the installation with complete ease. Such lovely people to deal with. They all made our purchase excellent.

First time trying to clean a pool, I had many questions and was very confused. Devin, was the pool specialist I talked to. He was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction. Plus! I have to say as a woman asking questions about something I genuinely knew nothing about, I didn’t feel talked down too, no mansplaining and I wasn’t hit on; I just received help. Seems silly I’m sure to a male person, but this often is the case, and here it was not. Also I needed a pump fixed and they had it done within 24hrs and it’s working perfectly.

Had a great service experience with Duncan. He went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed, and was left very satisfied.

I scheduled a visit to troubleshoot some issues with our 7 year old hot tub. Eric reached out an hour before getting here, which I requested and needed to be able to get here from work. Very, and I mean very promptly had his tools down to the back yard, tub panels open and... comically confirmed the issue he had said it likely was as he was unloading and getting ready. Eric was great. I had to be there because we needed to test some connectivity issues with my phone and the spa boy. I was trying so hard not to be the "staring over his shoulder guy" but he is so inviting and knowledgeable. He showed me and talked me through operations of different things in our spa including the issues we were having and other neat tidbits that help to provide all our enjoyment with the hot tub! We have another simple issue with one of the fountains but it will nee to be done when we empty and change the water. Its simple but i can tell from whatvhe showed me, will be a bit cumbersome and annoying working in a tight spot to replace and replumb piping in some tight quarters. All I sensed from Eric though, was a positive explanation on how he will do it and the only thing standing in his way, is we will need the tub emptied so pipes are free of water (ps... VERY simple issue with one of the 4 fountains havig developed a clog!). Monica and Tania were easy to deal with at the schediling end of things. Marc is always there in the Duncan Store front and helped me with some earlier info before i had things fully scheduled. Sorry, had to say a lot above here because I got a lot! We know with absolute, 100% certainty, we use our spa way, and I mean WAY more than average folks. Arctic Spas has designed and produced an absolute industry leading spa and tremedously easy to service. They surround it with excellent salespeople, efficient admin for service and most inportantly, very personable, knowledeable technicians tweaking little issues and setting them right! And let me give John a little thumbs up too! The little videos online are great. Giving info on things that might stretch out 2-6 months more use on an salt cell and just nice stuff for some of the DIY people out there, saving them a buck instead of only relying on service calls... fantastic. John was very helpful with advice on appropriate chemicals for our hot tub. Saved us cost and provided a better routine for keeping the tub balanced.

We had Goran come to pick up our pool pump on Monday as it was leaking and making weird noises. He explained that the noise was from the bearings and the seal was gone and told us the shop would be closed next week and hoped he could have it fixed before then. He went out of his way to get it done and brought it back and hooked it up two days later. We are so appreciative of his great service; thank you!

Had very good experience with Artic Spa’s Vancouver Island service partner: Aqua Fun. Our 5-year old spa developed a slow leak; we were unable to find the source. Eric Aasen, one of their techs, arrived at our house pretty much on time. Eric was clearly knowledgeable and experienced in repairing Arctic Spas. He found the source of the leak and repaired the spa. We had to drain the spa to allow the repair; Eric had the tools that enabled a rapid drain. Too, I was happy that he carried extra filters and chemistry on his truck. I needed fresh filters and more salt to treat the refilled spa; he was able to provide both at a fair price, saving a trip to town.
