We wanted to convert our existing hot tub to a salt water tub. I spoke to Caroline at Arctic Spas, who filled me in on our options, and we chose to go with the Saltron system. As we did not have a 110v plug near the tub and didn't want to run an extension card, we chose to hard wire it to the spa pac. Sam the technician did a great job of setting it up. He was knowledgeable, personable, and did a professional installation. He then took the time to explain the chemistry of the salt water system and how to test and adjust the water. We highly recommend Artic Spa for people in the market for a hot tub or looking to switch to a salt system.

Very knowledgeable and polite. Caroline answered all our questions clearly and without any sales pressure. We thought the spas were out of our price range but she showed us the Be Well spas and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We enjoy it every chance we get.

I have been struggling with skin rashes from my Summit Spa Boy with peak ozone so I went on a hunt for some answers. That led me to finding John Keirstead on the Arctic Spa Owners FB page who has been the number one person I trust from this point forward. He has experience with sensitive skin issues caused by spa chemicals and has graciously educated me on how to fix this, even though I’m not his customer and have never bought anything from his store (I live in Alberta). I am forever grateful to be using my spa to its full potential without using the chemicals that were triggering my skin issues. This hot tub set up turns out to be fairly easy and we were overthinking everything. He said that ozone is my friend and now I’m understanding the magic of the spa boy salt spa with ozone 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I was nearly thinking of selling my spa until I found him. We just had some service done on our spa and Ryan informed us about the benefits of a saltwater spa. He was so knowledgeable and open to questions. Although we had heard about saltwater spas, his manner and knowledge helped clinch the deal. We are delighted!

We bought a Kodiac spa and couldn't be happier. The sales people (Andrew and Caroline) were welcoming and informative with no pressure. We even got to try it out before purchasing. The delivery team (Paul, Sam and Goran) did a flawless job; on time and placed carefully exactly as we planned. There are things to learn with a new hot tub and the support from Tania and Andrew has been friendly, clear and concise. We are using our hot tub every day! Just want to add that I've had the occasion to call Tania Gray for customer support and she has been excellent. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!

Had a great experience with David at Aquafun. Worth the drive to Crofton. All the staff was incredibly knowledgeable while we replaced some jets and filter parts and so friendly, everyone pitched in to help! Will definitely make the drive next time we need supplies.

My wife Maria and I specifically chose Arctic Spa hopeful for the personal feel of a locally owned business and that’s exactly what we got. Marc in sales was our first contact and he spent the right amount of time asking us questions and fitting us with the perfect spa in size, features, and budget. There was young man in the back (didn’t get his name) who when asked if we could do a custom cover said “no problem”. Didn’t make us feel like we were putting him out. Paul from service came out to the house for a site visit weeks before the install to make sure everything would go smoothly. Tania in service coordinated the actual install date and met our wishes for a specific date. On the “big” day, Paul showed up with Richard and they dragged the 600 lb spa up the 12% grade walkway with not a single complaint. The install went very quickly and smoothly. They were polite, professional, and respectful of the property. John (CEO) showed up shortly after to complete the electrical install, fill the spa, add the salt, and conduct a personal orientation. From the start to finish, every person in the process performed ABCD (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty).

Great service. After a phone call an email to edit this review for a name, I'm questioning a little on my 5 star. I like the place in Parksville in general,EVERYONE I've encountered has been delightful. I have not purchased my hot tub there,however I do go there to buy my chemicals. The last 2 times Sabrina has been the one who has helped me. ( PS Sabrina was not the one pressuring me to add a name and edit this review 😉)

Nice staff, answers any questions you have and very knowledgeable. Tried all types of spas treatments, Bromine, chlorine but, salt is so much easier and better for your skin.

All the staff are curtious, most helpful, and professional in their manner. A big shout to Caroline and Tamara. And to the technician, Eric, was expedient, friendly and problem solved for us ..excellent a credit to the company..

My wife and I recently purchased an “Arctic Fox” Spa from the good people at Arctic Spa Duncan. We couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out, from the quality of the product, to the great level of service we received from their friendly and helpful staff. The level of support during the final setup following the installation has been nothing short of exceptional. We worked directly with Richard and Steve from the Crofton store location, which goes by name Aquafun Spa & Pool. This location is a service and distribution partner to the Duncan location. We would recommend the services provided by this partnership, for everything from Spa acquisition to the end operation of your Spa. Once our Spa setup was complete, we took a sample of our water to “Steve” in Crofton, where he generated a detailed water analysis within minutes. This provided a very detailed outlined on how to treat our water. Everything we needed was supplies in-store and at a very reasonable price. The Spa we chose including the saltwater option, using the Onzen water treatment system. This system is well worth every penny! It is very gentle on your skin and doesn’t leaving you smelling like you were bathing in Chlorine. Its also a lot easier on you clothes and towels. The power of the Spa jets is absolutely phenomenal! My wife’s favourite is the foot message. 🙂 Where I enjoys the 6 powerful back massage jets to work out the knots and stress. Our teen-kids have been enjoying the Spa as much if not more than we have! More “quality family time” has been an unexpected and wonderful spin off benefit! Overall, the Spa itself has a very pleasing aesthetic, with its clean lines and warm Cedar finish. It is a fantastic addition to our home and we look forward to many more evenings under the moon in our new Spa. Again, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with ArcticSpa. We would without hesitation recommend this company to family and friends alike. If you’re on the fence about it, do it! You won’t regret it.

Excellent customer service, the spa is definitivly high quality, I had in the past Maax and beachcomber and this spa is better quality. Bruce will not over sell but give you the right information to get the right spa. I recommend this place for customer service and also for the quality of the spa.

We had Goran come to pick up our pool pump on Monday as it was leaking and making weird noises. He explained that the noise was from the bearings and the seal was gone and told us the shop would be closed next week and hoped he could have it fixed before then. He went out of his way to get it done and brought it back and hooked it up two days later. We are so appreciative of his great service; thank you!

We received fast, efficient and professional service from Eric today. In addition to installing a new heater he checked to make sure all systems worked properly. This is our second arctic spa …..excellent product.

From the get go the service and product has been top notch. The spaboy package has made water maintenance a breeze. It's great being able to get the lights and pumps running, and a water quality check from your phone before even stepping outside.
