I am new to hot tubs having inherited a Beachcomber Spa when we purchased our new home. Sabrina took the time to provide some suggestions on how to maintain it. She has a wealth of knowledge since she has been in the industry for about 10 years

Quick and friendly service from the very helpful Jenny. The parts were readily available and Jenny provided the installation instructions.

We were very impressed with ASVI - Parksville. Sabrina was very professional and helpful when we were looking at our hot tub options. On delivery day, Paul and Goran were on time and Goran explained how to maintain/use our tub in an easy-to-understand manner. The whole process from start to finish was completed seamlessly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend ASVI to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Can I just say that this is the best investment we’ve ever made? We use this hot tub almost daily throughout the year. It’s absolutely fantastic to decompress in after a long day of work or commute or both. It was delivered by hand with no crane into a very tricky location, I’m so impressed. We have had it for about three or four years now and we love it.

Huge thanks to Sabrina from arctic spas in Parksville for connecting me with Devon from aquafun pool & spa who provided help and guidance that enabled me to complete repairs on my own to the heater and eco pack on my cub prestige spa. Arctic spas have always provided excellent service and is by far the best hot tub I have ever owned and I have owned many different tubs over the past 40 years. The arctic salt water spas with spa boy kit is the only hot tub I would recommend!

We had a noise with our new tub and the spa boy needed to be re-calibrated. Monica Crossfield took my call and was very helpful. She was able to secure a tech for the next day. Kept me updated in between. The next day Eric Aasen came by and fixed our issues I’m not time. He even took the time to explain a few things to me about the spa and chemicals. Super friendly and knew his stuff.

First time trying to clean a pool, I had many questions and was very confused. Devin, was the pool specialist I talked to. He was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction. Plus! I have to say as a woman asking questions about something I genuinely knew nothing about, I didn’t feel talked down too, no mansplaining and I wasn’t hit on; I just received help. Seems silly I’m sure to a male person, but this often is the case, and here it was not. Also I needed a pump fixed and they had it done within 24hrs and it’s working perfectly.

Nice staff, answers any questions you have and very knowledgeable. Tried all types of spas treatments, Bromine, chlorine but, salt is so much easier and better for your skin.

I scheduled a visit to troubleshoot some issues with our 7 year old hot tub. Eric reached out an hour before getting here, which I requested and needed to be able to get here from work. Very, and I mean very promptly had his tools down to the back yard, tub panels open and... comically confirmed the issue he had said it likely was as he was unloading and getting ready. Eric was great. I had to be there because we needed to test some connectivity issues with my phone and the spa boy. I was trying so hard not to be the "staring over his shoulder guy" but he is so inviting and knowledgeable. He showed me and talked me through operations of different things in our spa including the issues we were having and other neat tidbits that help to provide all our enjoyment with the hot tub! We have another simple issue with one of the fountains but it will nee to be done when we empty and change the water. Its simple but i can tell from whatvhe showed me, will be a bit cumbersome and annoying working in a tight spot to replace and replumb piping in some tight quarters. All I sensed from Eric though, was a positive explanation on how he will do it and the only thing standing in his way, is we will need the tub emptied so pipes are free of water (ps... VERY simple issue with one of the 4 fountains havig developed a clog!). Monica and Tania were easy to deal with at the schediling end of things. Marc is always there in the Duncan Store front and helped me with some earlier info before i had things fully scheduled. Sorry, had to say a lot above here because I got a lot! We know with absolute, 100% certainty, we use our spa way, and I mean WAY more than average folks. Arctic Spas has designed and produced an absolute industry leading spa and tremedously easy to service. They surround it with excellent salespeople, efficient admin for service and most inportantly, very personable, knowledeable technicians tweaking little issues and setting them right! And let me give John a little thumbs up too! The little videos online are great. Giving info on things that might stretch out 2-6 months more use on an salt cell and just nice stuff for some of the DIY people out there, saving them a buck instead of only relying on service calls... fantastic. I have been absolutely blown away from the service that Eric gave me regarding an issue I was having with my spa. He not only returned my email after hours with a phone call he stuck with me untill he got through my issue without even having to come out. Eric was extremely polite and helpful and definitely set the bar with his knowledge and professionalism. Again the service from Arctic Spa Duncan was top notch.

Super happy with the delivery team (Paul and Duncan) and sales team (Jenny) who got us set up with our new Arctic Spa! Delivery came a few weeks early which was a nice surprise. Very pleasant team overall to deal with. Great Canadian company!

We just had our hot tub delivered and set up by Paul, and he was fantastic. He had to work extra hard as his colleague was sick, but he still made it happen. Originally, we were going to reschedule, but since I already had the electrical and water delivery booked, Paul came out on his own. I gave him a hand, and together we were able to get the tub into place. Paul clearly enjoys his job, and it shows. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. One piece was missing from the delivery, so Paul went back to Duncan to pick it up and, even though he was on his way to drop off more hot tubs, he returned the same day to bring it to us. Later that same day, while I was at work, technician Goran stopped by and walked my wife through the programming and features of the hot tub. I didn’t meet Goran personally, but my wife said he was great. A big shoutout as well to Sabrina, Caroline, and Jenny, Marc for helping us answer our questions and choose the right Arctic Spa — the Cub. Overall, an amazing team and a great experience!

We went to the store today and chatted with Sabrina. She was very helpful and had a more holistic approach towards adding all the chemicals which was nice to hear.

Drop by Arctic spa in Victoria with a question about a water pump that I had and Goran was able to solve my problem quickly and very efficiently. He was very friendly and helpful.
