We recently purchased a hot tub from Arctic Spas in Parksville, B.C. and have received excellent customer service from our sales representative Sabrina. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect in terms of providing friendly and informative information and has demonstrated excellent follow-up services in the home. Sabrina has gone out of her way outside of her regular work hours on three separate occasions to re-explain how to maintain the tub, it’s pH levels and other tub features. We would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from this company and utilizing the excellent services of Sabrina.

Buying our new saltwater hot tub has been a perfect experience from start to finish. Sabrina listens to what is important to us. Our tub fits our needs perfectly. Our delivery was excellent, Eric was so great and patient with us as being a bit technically challenged He got us on line. We were able to enjoy our hot tub that same night. Great experience!!!

We took the leap and purchased a Swim Spa through Arctic Spas in Parksville. We are very detail oriented people and hummed and hawed and asked questions to be sure that we were purchasing the right product from the right company. Zack in Parksville was so amazingly patient, knowledgeable and helpful through every step of the way. We should have him over for dinner, considering the amount of time he spent answering our questions. He answered emails after closing, was always ready with satisfactory answers and was simply a pleasure to deal with. We have a family of 5, I recently had back surgery and also have Multiple Sclerosis. Zack made sure that our multiple needs fit the product and went above and beyond every time. The delivery and tech people were amazing, and even when we had some electrical problems (our electrical not the spa) all of the employees worked overtime to make sure that we could get into the spa. Since we've had it, our whole family enjoys it every single day. I could not be happier that we purchased this item. We have the swim tether and rowing kit, both my husband and I have become fitter and for me, swimming and even just floating in the pool reduces my daily discomfort. We spend family time in the spa and our kids (teenagers) never tire of it. Thank you so much Zack for your excellent service! We love our spa and appreciate your time and efforts. Wow! We are so excited that after many years of being without a “tub” we recently purchased a previously owned Artic Spa. Yes, it is in pristine condition; with new jets, a new spa pack, new head pillows and a new cover with a side lift it came to us at a very affordable price. Imagine after all that time and Artic Spa still dedicated to their product; absolutely impressive that they maintain an older model!!!!! Needless to say, yes we are thrilled with our ARTIC FOX that was built in 2017 and that it continues to “gift” us hours of leisure and relaxation. Oh and did I mention that while we were researching ARTIC FOX prior to the purchase that Artic Spas Parskville was helpful, friendly and very supportive!!!! Had the Arctic Spa team here today delivering our new Tundra tub. The Driver Paul showed up last week to scope out the area to ensure all was good. Arrived on time this morning as promised at 10am along with his helper Alijah both were extremely polite and helpful. Tub was placed down exactly where I wanted it. The install Tech Eric was amazing. He went through everything thoroughly and made sure everything was working perfect before leaving. Extremely professional and obviously very knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend right from the Sales team of Marc Gibeau in Duncan this was a seamless transaction, very happy I decided to go with Arctic over the other Spa company in Duncan (who never returned my call). 5* customer service all around

My wife and I have owned our Arctic Spas Cub now for 2 and a half years, and this is the second time I am writing a positive Google review regarding the Vancouver Island Arctic Spas team. When I was having some recent issues with my tub I went into the Parksville location and spoke with Bruce regarding what I was experiencing. Bruce was more than helpful in helping me get to the root of the problem, and we got to the point where he set up a work order for the Arctic Spas service team to come to our home and perform some checks. Their service manager Mark called me to set up the service call day and time, and then sent their technician Sam out to do the checks and any necessary work as promised. Problem solved. All my experiences with any of the staff from Arctic Spas Vancouver Island have been more than positive. The Arctic Spas product quality speaks for itself, and even though they may know they have the best product in the hot tub market, the Vancouver Island team understands the value of good customer service as it pertains to customer retention. It costs 5x as much to acquire a new customer as it does to keep an existing one, and Arctic Spas Vancouver Island continually shows that they understand this simple business fact in their dealings with their customers. We highly recommend them to anybody who is considering purchasing a hot tub.

Purchased a hot tub 18 months ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately the salt water unit failed and the unit company had gone out of business. Tried the tech guys who were going to look into options but went to Sabrina and she actually figured out the issue and it was a simple problem with the power that was minimal cost. Wanted it working for family for Christmas and now it is working! So helpful and amazing. Will always be going to this company for our hot tub needs. Owner also came down during the discussion and was super helpful with advice for maintaining the chlorine levels etc. Was not happy initially with the failing unit but loved how they helped us figure it out and even gave us good advice for maintaining water cholorine levels in the future. They can be trusted to help you out even after the original purchase.

We bought a hot tub from the store in Duncan last July. It's one of the best things we've ever bought. We love it! Great value for money, knowledgable low-pressure sales people, and good after-sales service. Shout out to Caroline, who helped us solve a problem, and even phoned to follow up to make sure it was fixed!

We just had our hot tub delivered and set up by Paul, and he was fantastic. He had to work extra hard as his colleague was sick, but he still made it happen. Originally, we were going to reschedule, but since I already had the electrical and water delivery booked, Paul came out on his own. I gave him a hand, and together we were able to get the tub into place. Paul clearly enjoys his job, and it shows. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. One piece was missing from the delivery, so Paul went back to Duncan to pick it up and, even though he was on his way to drop off more hot tubs, he returned the same day to bring it to us. Later that same day, while I was at work, technician Goran stopped by and walked my wife through the programming and features of the hot tub. I didn’t meet Goran personally, but my wife said he was great. A big shoutout as well to Sabrina, Caroline, and Jenny, Marc for helping us answer our questions and choose the right Arctic Spa — the Cub. Overall, an amazing team and a great experience!
