If our family could give this incredible team 10 stars we would! Our first visit to Arctic Spa in Victoria, we met Jenny, extremely knowledgeable, so helpful, able to answer all our questions and really just the nicest person! Delivery & set up - another great experience. Paul and his incredible crew arrived - all hands on deck given the size of this spa - each member knew what to do - they made sure everything was perfect. Arctic Spa technician Duncan then provided us with a valuable tutorial session - ensuring we knew how to use our spa properly and maintain it. Seriously, EVERYONE knows their stuff. Thank you so much Paul, Jenny, Eric, Duncan and Charles! We LOVE our Arctic Spa & will always recommend this GREAT company to our friends, family and to you too!

Tania was reassuring and helpful when I placed my first service call recently, and Eric was just here checking on things. Had a great experience with David at Aquafun. Worth the drive to Crofton. All the staff was incredibly knowledgeable while we replaced some jets and filter parts and so friendly, everyone pitched in to help! Will definitely make the drive next time we need supplies.

Paul and Matt delivered our first hot tub a few days ago. I was so impressed with their ability to manage the fitment of the tub how we wanted on our property, and both their knowledge and guidance with the systems involved. These tubs are obviously well made and efficient, but their quality components and layout offers ease of inspection and maintenance. The tub has quickly become a beloved part of our existence, and we are sleeping better after our sessions. Thanks Arctic Spas!

Thank you to John Keirstead for his information and support to rectify and issue I had with my Ocean Swim spa screen suddenly went blank and John offered support and Arctic spa came and fixed the issue so the Swim spa is good as new.

Just had my arctic spa fixed by Eric. He did an excellent job and took his time to explain what was wrong with the tub. Have owned the tub for 5 years and it is the first issue we have had. Excellent customer service from the time I called last week until my tub is back up and running. Thank you Eric.

Had a very professional house service call today to diagnose and repair my 2020 Arctic Spa ( Arctic Fox model). I really appreciated the technician , Matt Smith, taking the time to explain his service procedures , and pro tips for managing the spa. We bought a Kodiac spa and couldn't be happier. The sales people (Andrew and Caroline) were welcoming and informative with no pressure. We even got to try it out before purchasing. The delivery team (Paul, Sam and Goran) did a flawless job; on time and placed carefully exactly as we planned. There are things to learn with a new hot tub and the support from Tania and Andrew has been friendly, clear and concise. We are using our hot tub every day! Just want to add that I've had the occasion to call Tania Gray for customer support and she has been excellent. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!

Really enjoyed watching the videos made by John Keirstead . They showed lots of different Arctic Spas options, and how the seats vary, and how the jets massage different areas of our body. Very informative and worth watching!

Caroline really helped me out the other day when my spa's probe was acting up. I came in at the end of the day and she stayed late to help assess my issue and offer a few things to try, including some great DIY tips that ended up solving my problem, which saved me a lot of time and money. She was also courteous enough to follow up with me the next day via email to let my know my PH was a bit high but that otherwise she was happy to see the probe was working again. Also a big thanks to Devon, who is always available to help with my water chemistry questions.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best.  This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!”  This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system.  How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies.  Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
