Our salesperson Marc was very helpful and informative, we appreciated his feedback and we bought the perfect tub for our needs. The delivery guys were great, Matthew the installer was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy our new spa the same evening! We would definitely call Matt anytime we need some assistance, he is professional, friendly and explains things well.

We just got our new hot tub a couple weeks ago, and it's been working great - so far we've been really happy we went with a salt water tub from Arctic Spas! The installers Eric & Paul from Aquafun were very helpful with the setup, and they gave a lot of great info about how to test the water and do the other regular maintenance

I recently hired Arctic Spas Victoria to assist with a winterization and move of my hot tub from my balcony to a storage container which was a very technical move and required a lot of experience. Both Paul and Elsa were outstanding and completed the job with a high level of competence and skill. I highly recommend Arctic Spas Victoria and especially Paul and Elsa.

Our salt water spa was one of the best purchases we have made, it is super simple to maintain! No more daily water checks, it practically looks after itself. We use it year round and in the summer the grandkids love playing in it. The WIFI connection allows us to monitor levels and adjust temperature easily.

From our first conversation with Bruce, it was obvious that he knew his products, yet he put no pressure on us. He simply presented the many facts that helped us decide, and left us to make our own decision. We have owned 3 tubs since the late '80s, and chemicals was a deal beaker. Arctic Spas became an easy decision. Our spa was delivered on time as promised, by Sam and Erik, and as I was trying to be helpful, we had some good laughs together, and the whole installation was an enjoyable experience. A minor adjustment needed for the YESS system was promptly done by Tania who took a break from her office duty for a house-call. This company has great employees and a top product.

I think we already wrote a review, but honestly, 6 months have passed now since we purchased our Arctic Spa and we LOVE it more than we ever could have imagined!! We switched over from a chlorine/bromine tub to the Arctic Spa salt water and it was the best decision. Our hot tub is at our second home so we are away weeks and sometimes even a month or so at a time. Each time we have arrived, our Arctic spa has been ready and waiting with ZERO maintenance to do!! With our old hot tub it was a constant balancing of the chemical soup for days before we got it right. We still can’t believe how easy this is. There’s literally nothing to do except enjoy!! Also, our skin was always itchy and irritated after getting out of our old hot tub that used chemicals. With our Arctic Spa salt water- our skin actually feels better after! We cannot recommend Arctic Spas enough. The sales process with Caroline, customer service from her and her staff as well as the installation has been impeccable. So happy!

We couldn't be happier with the product, service and delivery of our new hot tub from Arctic Spa Parksville. We checked out several different spas in our quest to purchase a tub but once we visited the showroom in Parksville, our choice was easy. We have owned a hot tub from a different manufacturer in the past and wanted to downsize the tub and reduce the maintenance. Bruce at the Parksville location was awesome in explaining and helping us make our decision. He has been wonderful with his support over the process of ordering, site planning and follow up once delivered. The delivery team (Sam and Ryan) were also fantastic - they carefully moved the tub through a couple of tight spots with care and humour and really took the time to get the tub up and running. We were able to use the tub that night! I can't stress enough about how easy this tub is to maintain. We have owned before and found that maintenance could be a real pain. This salt water system with Spa Boy is unreal. I can't recommend enough. Beautiful, clear, soft water without constant tweaking - worth every penny if you are looking for a hot tub. I would highly recommend ArcticSpas in Parksville!

I stopped in to have the water quality tested for my spa and met Sabrina. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on spa chemicals and takes a holistic approach to managing water quality which I like. I am now considering switching to a salt water system and will be back to see her if I do.

I'm a stickler for good service. The experience we had with Arctic Spas Parksville from sales, finance/admin, installation, and post-sale follow-up were all exceptional. Bruce bookended our experience. He was the first person we met and the last person we spoke to. He's friendly and knowledgeable and is a great ambassador for the company and brand. Tania in admin/finance was flexible and helpful when it came time for arranging delivery. Eric installed the tub and covered off a bunch of the basics and was patient with my questions. The product seems great and the team that helped us through made all the difference. Super happy and highly recommend.

We were in Arctic Spa Parksville and met Sabrina (saleswoman). She was absolutely pleasant, helpful and very welcoming. we can’t say enough good about her. If you are on the fence about an Arctic spa hot tub, just do yourself a favour now and invest in this brand (and a salt water system!). You won’t regret it!

We bought a hot tub through Arctic Spas Parksville last December and we have been extremely happy with our experience both with the company and the tub. We previously owned a Jacuzzi so we have something with which to compare. What we really appreciate is the salt water design and the advanced technology of web access to all the controls used to maintain the tub.
The service department were very helpful when we had a few teething problems after the installation. They were patient, quick to respond and very professional. Yvonne, Mark and his crew are a great asset to this company.
We would highly recommend the product and the company.

Have been a customer of Artic Spa for 7 years! Started out in Saskatchewan and moved to Vancouver Island in 2018. Brought our tub with us. We had excellent service in Saskatchewan and I can tell you the service from Bruce at Artic Spa in Parksville has been fantastic! Always available and patient with questions....always willing to help with problems. There's a spa place down the road from Artic Spa who friends of ours bought a tub from. When they were having trouble with their water they were told it could be due to frogs???? We told our friends to go to Artic Spa and they got excellent help and service from Bruce as well. If you want a quality product with excellent service and knowledgeable help....go see Bruce in Parksville! You won't be disappointed!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
