Sabrina was knowledgeable, upfront and very thorough! We were able to test multiple hot tubs such as the Kodiak Legend with the SDS jet which was the most powerful of all and gave a wonderful massage! The various seats with jets that focused on the hips and another seat with jets that focused on the back and feet! The Cub and Fox models were a perfect fit for our space and still a variety of jets and seats! She also let us experience the Hudson all weather pool where we could swim on a treadmill and still have two seats with jets! Even had a wonderful experience with their Sauna and cold plunge! We would highly recommend Arctic Spas!

I called Arctic Spas after our regular spa service business closed and was very pleased with their service from start to finish. Eric A arrived at our house in a professional manner and was very helpful throughout the service delivery. We had a hottub checkup and we needed help figuring out the chemical balance and he was very informative and clear in his explanations. He went beyond what was expected and we would highly recommend Arctic Spas for service based on what we experienced from when we first contacted them to his final tips on balancing the hottub chemicals. Absolutely fabulous! I was “kicking tires” and called Sabrina at the Parksville location just to get some early quotes. She sent me options and information right away and followed up with a call. And while we hadn’t decided if we were even getting a swim spa at that time, she sent more options when promos changed and invited us to test out the Fisher swim spa on site. I was interested but my husband wasn’t convinced. I did a swim test at a competitor on a Friday, and we tested the Fisher swim spa the next day. My husband decided that day that we had to get one. With the jets and the swim jets tested out, we couldn’t believe how strong the swim current jets are. Far stronger than a far more expensive spa that i tested; and with variable speed and the ability to adjust the flow up or down at angles, it gave us more than we expected- if you turn them on high, they will push you across the pool so definitely good for working out swimming or walking or water running. The next decision was size- we went with the 15’ size with the lounger and we couldn’t be happier. Delivery was suddenly available due to a cancellations so We scrambled to get the electrical ready and a cement pad poured- I recommend going bigger than you think to ensure you have a comfortable amount of space around the spa. Sabrina answered my questions every step of the way while we weighed our cover options and salt water or regular chemical options; and she was patient with all of the questions we had and always had the information we needed to help on our decision. And the delivery team was amazing. Paul backed in and swung it into place with Eric hooking it up and making sure it was squared up within a millimeter then got everything running- Very conscientious about getting everything right. We love the spa and got the salt water system because it is far less maintenance and makes your skin feel great without any harsh chemicals- and less often water replacement - this was important to us being on a smaller island where water is at a premium. I just picked up our roll cover today and can’t wait to get it in place. I can’t say enough about the service from Sabrina and the team at Arctic Spa on Parksville. We are pleased with every aspect of our purchase and look forward to enjoying our swim spa year round. Thanks Sabrina and everyone at Arctic Spa Parksville!!!! Michele and Dan Scott

I love my Spa! Great service from both Tania and Pim. They are always available for questions even after it had been set up. Tania is always available while I learn the ropes with balancing chemicals or learning the app. Highly recommend.

Nice staff, answers any questions you have and very knowledgeable. Tried all types of spas treatments, Bromine, chlorine but, salt is so much easier and better for your skin.

We received our Arctic Spa just before Christmas. Due to covid related delays and then flooding in the BC interior, it was a 9 month wait but it sure is worth it. The sales service from Bruce was excellent and we can't say enough about the delivery team of Paul & Sam. They were quick getting our spa installed and did a great job of explaining the functions. They cleaned up and removed all of the packaging materials and we were in our new spa that night (thanks to an on-demand hot water heater that allowed us to have it up to temp right away). We've been enjoying the spa almost daily since the instal.

We have had our Arcti Spa Summit Series for 6 years and just had our first service call. The Duncan office recommended Aquafun Pools and Spa and yesterday Eric came and did a complete service and inspection. His communication was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommmend Eric at Aquafun to service any and all your needs. Mark

I'm a stickler for good service. The experience we had with Arctic Spas Parksville from sales, finance/admin, installation, and post-sale follow-up were all exceptional. Bruce bookended our experience. He was the first person we met and the last person we spoke to. He's friendly and knowledgeable and is a great ambassador for the company and brand. Tania in admin/finance was flexible and helpful when it came time for arranging delivery. Eric installed the tub and covered off a bunch of the basics and was patient with my questions. The product seems great and the team that helped us through made all the difference. Super happy and highly recommend.

We finally had to replace our leaking hot tub and after some online research went to Arctic Spas. Our experience with choosing and buying the new tub was good (Thanks, Dennis!) and the installation was smooth and professional. Paul R. and Eric A. arrived on schedule and did a great job of removing and installing the new tub. Paul is a master of the truck mounted crane! Paul and Eric did the setup quickly and Eric did a great job helping me set up the phone app , and then explained the controls and basic maintenance functions.
