We're new to the hot tubs world. Our hot tub water recently became cloudy, after bunch of kids jumping in and out of it for two days in a row. I've decided to get some advice form Arctic Spas on what we should do about it, and met Sabrina there. What a wealth of information she is! In just a few minutes I knew exactly what to do. She also recommended to try salt-water option for the hot tub, which is extremely inspiring. And her philosophy of "the least amount of chemicals" in a hot tub clicks very well with our preferences. So, moving away from those smelly chlorine pucks to the healthier way of using our spa now. Thanks Sabrina for your expert advices!

Eric Aesen came to our house for a troubleshoot/repair. He was polite, helpful, communicative and spent the time to figure out a weird" diagnosis! Highly recommend!

We absolutely love our new swim spa! Arctic Spas have been wonderful, from visiting their showroom in Parksville, the product itself, through to the delivery team. Bruce (in the showroom), Megan (office), and Paul, Sam and Eric (the delivery team/technicians) have been outstanding in their customer service. Paul’s precision with the delivery vehicle was quite something, and Eric and Sam deserve even greater praise for going above and beyond, staying late to get our pool set up after the water delivery people let us down. They did so with grace and professionalism. Which leads me to thank Marc at Red Williams for coming to the rescue when Island Water Hauling were a no show. They will now be our go-to water people in the future. All of this could not have happened as quickly without the fantastic work of Rob and his apprentice Zack at Arrowview Electric. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will also use them for any future work we have done. We have a few little follow-up things to be done, but I am confident that this will be carried out with the same above and beyond level that has been demonstrated by this company so far. We have no hesitation in recommending Arctic Spas and their products to anyone!

I was considering a cheap blow up hot tub. The education I received from mark was wicked awesome. And the install guys saved me money with a little extra elbow grease to put the hot tub into place. I highly recommend this company island wide.

I needed to replace the 14 year old jets in my Arctic Fox Spa. Jenny Seredocka at the Victoria store did a great job to help me. I was unsure which jets I needed, as the jets have changed slightly over the years. She loaned me some jets, so that I could test fit them and ensure that I received the correct ones. She managed to put together all of the jets I needed from in store inventory. She was very pleasant and helpful.

We purchased the Summit salt water hot tub from Arctic Spa on Quadra. Andrew was amazing!! I have issues with my skin and could never enjoy using a hot tub until trying a salt water one at Arctic Spa. My skin has never felt better and not dealing with chemicals is fantastic. I would highly recommend talking to Andrew and finding your perfect match!!

Nice staff, answers any questions you have and very knowledgeable. Tried all types of spas treatments, Bromine, chlorine but, salt is so much easier and better for your skin.

We love our new hot tub and couldn't be more impressed with the service we received from Zack and everyone at Arctic Spas. They walked us through each and every step and handled a very tricky delivery easily with big smiles all around. The Spa Boy option keeps our hot tub crystal clear and we can check on water quality and temperature via our cell phones. Absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a new hot tub do yourself a favour and give them a call, you will be very happy you did. Two thumbs up!!

Sabrina was knowledgeable, upfront and very thorough! We were able to test multiple hot tubs such as the Kodiak Legend with the SDS jet which was the most powerful of all and gave a wonderful massage! The various seats with jets that focused on the hips and another seat with jets that focused on the back and feet! The Cub and Fox models were a perfect fit for our space and still a variety of jets and seats! She also let us experience the Hudson all weather pool where we could swim on a treadmill and still have two seats with jets! Even had a wonderful experience with their Sauna and cold plunge! We would highly recommend Arctic Spas!

When you don’t know what you’re doing it’s really nice to have someone that does. Eric did an amazing job. Found the problem fixed it. Everyone is very happy.

We are very happy with our Arctic Spa. Caroline has provided exceptional customer service following our purchase. I recently called for assistance and after calling her extension at the business number she let me know she was in the UK. Even though it was after 8pm UK time, she still logged in to her laptop to check the statistics of our tub and provided advice over the phone. Always happy to provide help, no matter what! Thanks to the team for the help so far.
