I spoke with the owner of the company and he actually reached out to me to clarify any concerns or questions I had. The experience I had could not have been better. The level of customer service is extremely hard to find these days. 2 separate 20 plus minute phone calls just to answer questions and troubleshoot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

If our family could give this incredible team 10 stars we would! Our first visit to Arctic Spa in Victoria, we met Jenny, extremely knowledgeable, so helpful, able to answer all our questions and really just the nicest person! Delivery & set up - another great experience. Paul and his incredible crew arrived - all hands on deck given the size of this spa - each member knew what to do - they made sure everything was perfect. Arctic Spa technician Duncan then provided us with a valuable tutorial session - ensuring we knew how to use our spa properly and maintain it.
Seriously, EVERYONE knows their stuff. Thank you so much Paul, Jenny, Eric, Duncan and Charles! We LOVE our Arctic Spa & will always recommend this GREAT company to our friends, family and to you too!

Our hot tub was delivered at a time when our electrician wasnt able to be on-site
After the wiring was done we had Eric ,one of the tech guys walk us through the process over the phone .He was very knowledgeable and had all the answers.Even called me a few days later to check and make sure things were going well

We had our new spa delivered and set up yesterday morning by Arctic Spas Duncan Crew. What a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Thank you Sabrina Boyle for your assistance on helping us choose our spa. It was truly a great experience choosing our spa in your showroom. We appreciate your knowledge and friendly nature and you made us feel comfortable with our purchase.
Eric Aasen was our tech and was amazing. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He ensured our spa was placed correctly by Chris our Crane operator who was also amazing. Great team. Thank you Eric for all the info on our spa. Although it was a lot of information, you took the time to explain to a 'salt system newbie' and answered all my questions. This was as smooth as it gets and I would highly recommend Arctic Spas and these 2 crew members, Eric and Chris.

We went in to Arctic Spa to figure out how to maintain our hot tub as we just moved into a house with a hot tub. Bruce was very patient and informative in explaining our choices to us. I never felt rushed, and felt encouraged to ask questions. It was such a nice experience. Thank you Bruce!

From the get go the service and product has been top notch. The spaboy package has made water maintenance a breeze. It's great being able to get the lights and pumps running, and a water quality check from your phone before even stepping outside.

We highly recommend Arctic Spas Parksville. We had a great experience and love our new Strong Spa! For a plug and play spa it is FANTASTIC! We are totally enjoying using it but also it looks great in our backyard. One of the best things about it is the ease of opening it and closing it. This lid is awesome.

Can I just say that this is the best investment we’ve ever made? We use this hot tub almost daily throughout the year. It’s absolutely fantastic to decompress in after a long day of work or commute or both. It was delivered by hand with no crane into a very tricky location, I’m so impressed. We have had it for about three or four years now and we love it.

Had very good experience with Artic Spa’s Vancouver Island service partner: Aqua Fun. Our 5-year old spa developed a slow leak; we were unable to find the source. Eric Aasen, one of their techs, arrived at our house pretty much on time. Eric was clearly knowledgeable and experienced in repairing Arctic Spas. He found the source of the leak and repaired the spa. We had to drain the spa to allow the repair; Eric had the tools that enabled a rapid drain. Too, I was happy that he carried extra filters and chemistry on his truck. I needed fresh filters and more salt to treat the refilled spa; he was able to provide both at a fair price, saving a trip to town.

I have been very happy with my Artic Fox. Just right for our family and runs perfectly.
Always able to get any (and there hasn’t been much) products I need from the Parksville store.
Highly recommend going with a salt water spa.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
