We have had our Arcti Spa Summit Series for 6 years and just had our first service call. The Duncan office recommended Aquafun Pools and Spa and yesterday Eric came and did a complete service and inspection. His communication was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommmend Eric at Aquafun to service any and all your needs.

Amazing experience!
This store has a great selection of hot tubs, perfect for any terrace or backyard. The staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking to invest in a quality hot tub and excellent customer service!

We have had our Arctic Spas hot tub for 9 years now and we absolutely love it, from the headrests to the build quality, we really enjoy our hot tub. Caroline and the crew at our local store in Duncan are a wealth of information and are always very helpful.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Artic Spa's and have been so happy with the whole process. We weren't 100% sure on where and when we were going to get one, but Jenny was persistent not aggressive and sent us emails frequently of upcoming sales and so forth. She had emailed about a sale and we jumped the next day to go see it! Jenny was so kind, professional, and not pushy at all. Was so happy to help and answer all our questions. We ended up putting a deposit on the tub that day!
Delivery and set up from Paul & Duncan were wonderful. Great guys for sure.
We love our salt water tub, all the jets and are super happy with our purchase. We highly recommend Artic Spa. You guys really go above and beyond!

We purchased our Spa seven years ago and I recently needed immediate service on it as I run an Airbnb and our guests book with us, knowing we have a saltwater spa. Everyone from Monica in the Crofton office to the service team Duncan And Lydia, all were amazing getting the job booked getting all the parts together and making sure it was up and running for my guest family checking in tomorrow from Switzerland!

We are in the deciding stage of buying a hot tub or spa and we are pretty keen on salt water so we have been dealing with Arctic Spa. We drove to Parksville to wet test a tub and Sabrina helped us so much. Her knowledge and care was outstanding even though we will be dealing locally. She answered all of our questions and encouraged us to try multiple options. She explained the full line up of tubs and clarified the information on salt water upkeep. I needed to replace the 14 year old jets in my Arctic Fox Spa. Jenny Seredocka at the Victoria store did a great job to help me. I was unsure which jets I needed, as the jets have changed slightly over the years. She loaned me some jets, so that I could test fit them and ensure that I received the correct ones. She managed to put together all of the jets I needed from in store inventory. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Our hot tub was very old and no longer working. Thought we would have to buy a new hot tub but Eric explaned they could install new parts for a fracrion of the price of a new hot tub. We now have our hot tub working at a fraction of expected cost! Thanks Eric.

The crane operator, Paul did an amazing job getting the tub up on our deck.

I have been absolutely blown away from the service that Eric gave me regarding an issue I was having with my spa. He not only returned my email after hours with a phone call he stuck with me untill he got through my issue without even having to come out. Eric was extremely polite and helpful and definitely set the bar with his knowledge and professionalism. Again the service from Arctic Spa Duncan was top notch.

Purchased a hot tub 18 months ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately the salt water unit failed and the unit company had gone out of business. Tried the tech guys who were going to look into options but went to Sabrina and she actually figured out the issue and it was a simple problem with the power that was minimal cost. Wanted it working for family for Christmas and now it is working! So helpful and amazing. Will always be going to this company for our hot tub needs. Owner also came down during the discussion and was super helpful with advice for maintaining the chlorine levels etc. Was not happy initially with the failing unit but loved how they helped us figure it out and even gave us good advice for maintaining water cholorine levels in the future. They can be trusted to help you out even after the original purchase.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
