I love my Spa! Great service from both Tania and Pim. They are always available for questions even after it had been set up. Tania is always available while I learn the ropes with balancing chemicals or learning the app. Highly recommend.

I wanted a Hot Tub, but there were so many options. Bruce was the first I spoke to and he offered some great options and suggestions; including me doing my own research, which I did. Extensively. In the end, Arctic Spas was my best option from Price to Efficiency. I appreciated him not hard selling me, yet he was thorough with checking in. Eventually, my Hot Tub came way earlier than expected and the two technicians, Sam and Paul made installation a breeze. Unfortunately for all, there was some faulty equipment that came with my Spa, but again Tania treated my concerns with respect and quickly sent a team out to take care of it and satisfied my disappointment with a few gifts. All was made whole after my major purchase, and I honestly can't be happier right now. At this point, I am most happy with the customer service that Arctic Spas Parksville has continually provided. Thank you, now I need a soak....

Wow! We are so excited that after many years of being without a “tub” we recently purchased a previously owned Artic Spa. Yes, it is in pristine condition; with new jets, a new spa pack, new head pillows and a new cover with a side lift it came to us at a very affordable price. Imagine after all that time and Artic Spa still dedicated to their product; absolutely impressive that they maintain an older model!!!!! Needless to say, yes we are thrilled with our ARTIC FOX that was built in 2017 and that it continues to “gift” us hours of leisure and relaxation. Oh and did I mention that while we were researching ARTIC FOX prior to the purchase that Artic Spas Parskville was helpful, friendly and very supportive!!!! Thank YOU all at Parskville Store especially Sabrina BOYLE!!!!!

Sebrina was super helpful in explaining how my hot tub functions . Bring a first time owner I was not sure about the balancing of the PH an CL. She tested my water and assured me that things are fine.

Thank you to John Keirstead for his information and support to rectify and issue I had with my Ocean Swim spa screen suddenly went blank and John offered support and Arctic spa came and fixed the issue so the Swim spa is good as new.

We bought a used Arctic Wolverine, but from the service we get from Arctic Spas Duncan, you would have thought we bought 3 tubs and ordered 4 more!!! They greet us by name, give us excellent advice, always have the items we need in stock, and spend as much time required with us, we never feel rushed!! Love this store!

Goran arrived on time and worked cheerfully and efficiently. Turns out our pump was broken and he had one in his van so was able to replace it and get it operational same day. Very nice man…thanks Goran, and thanks Aquafun!

I’m a new owner of an Arctic Spas Hudson swim spa. This spa is awesome and Tania and Sabrina at Aquafun Pools and Spas have been exceptional in helping me get the spa dialled in perfectly. I also had Eric come by for some service issues. He was early and took care of all of my concerns in an efficient manner.

I stopped in to have the water quality tested for my spa and met Sabrina. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on spa chemicals and takes a holistic approach to managing water quality which I like. I am now considering switching to a salt water system and will be back to see her if I do.

Buying our new saltwater hot tub has been a perfect experience from start to finish. Sabrina listens to what is important to us. Our tub fits our needs perfectly. Our delivery was excellent, Eric was so great and patient with us as being a bit technically challenged He got us on line. We were able to enjoy our hot tub that same night. Great experience!!!

Excellent customer service by Bruce and his team. We had a snag with our crane on delivery, so our installation crew from Arctic spas unfortunately showed up for installation and were unable to do the install that day. They rebooked in short order and Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful installing our new spa and troubleshooted expertly. Thanks to the whole
crew for getting us started and the support along the way!

I needed to enhance my knowledge about balancing the chemicals in our hot tub, as much of the information I’ve accessed on the internet, and elsewhere, can be conflicting and confusing. Sabrina scheduled some time with me one day, prior to opening the store, in order to provide me with a much-needed mini tutorial on the subject. Her instructions were very clear, concise, and extremely helpful. I was most appreciative of her assistance, as it’s rare to find someone willing to set aside their valuable time in the way that she did. I’m now much more well-informed, and have a higher degree of confidence, about maintaining the chemical balance of the water in our hot tub. Thank-you, Sabrina!

I recently hired Arctic Spas Victoria to assist with a winterization and move of my hot tub from my balcony to a storage container which was a very technical move and required a lot of experience. Jenny in Victoria went the extra mile in her first few days working for Arctic Spas on Quadra St. I left without purchasing a product I needed for my annual salt water change that I was doing that day. Jenny had called me before I got too far away from the store and I was able to quickly turn around and come back. With her expertise she reminded me that I needed the Spa Boy Salt Cell and left without purchasing it. This quick call saved me that whole day in time and I was enjoying my hot tub again that evening.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
