The experience of my Arctic Spa is amazing. I’ve owned 3 other spas throughout the years - the traditional chemical hot tubs. This Salt Water tub is so much better. The maintenance is so much easier - the app is so helpful. But the greatest joy - is the pleasure of being in it. Most people keep asking if it’s too salty. No you don’t really notice the salt - what you notice is how comfortable it is - with out the smell of chemicals. And afterwards your skin feels fantastic.

Had a great experience with David at Aquafun. Worth the drive to Crofton. All the staff was incredibly knowledgeable while we replaced some jets and filter parts and so friendly, everyone pitched in to help! Will definitely make the drive next time we need supplies.

I think we already wrote a review, but honestly, 6 months have passed now since we purchased our Arctic Spa and we LOVE it more than we ever could have imagined!! We switched over from a chlorine/bromine tub to the Arctic Spa salt water and it was the best decision. Our hot tub is at our second home so we are away weeks and sometimes even a month or so at a time. Each time we have arrived, our Arctic spa has been ready and waiting with ZERO maintenance to do!! With our old hot tub it was a constant balancing of the chemical soup for days before we got it right. We still can’t believe how easy this is. There’s literally nothing to do except enjoy!! Also, our skin was always itchy and irritated after getting out of our old hot tub that used chemicals. With our Arctic Spa salt water- our skin actually feels better after! We cannot recommend Arctic Spas enough. The sales process with Caroline, customer service from her and her staff as well as the installation has been impeccable. So happy!

Took delivery of our Arctic Spas hot tub today and was very happy with the experience from the show room to the delivery. Our salesperson Andrew was extremely personable , knowledgeable and patient while answering all of our questions. We have a steep and difficult backyard to get the hot tub to and it was handled with skill and planning. Paul came by earlier to check it out and make recommendations as to positioning that we hadn’t thought of. Eric, Goran and Tania as well as Paul and Andrew were here to make the delivery a success. Everyone worked well as a team and it all went smoothly. Eric and Paul did the set up. Eric was very meticulous as to where holes were drilled for attachments and did an excellent job of explaining and showing us how to look after our hot tub. Thanks everyone!

We were very impressed with ASVI - Parksville. Sabrina was very professional and helpful when we were looking at our hot tub options. On delivery day, Paul and Goran were on time and Goran explained how to maintain/use our tub in an easy-to-understand manner. The whole process from start to finish was completed seamlessly. First time trying to clean a pool, I had many questions and was very confused. Devin, was the pool specialist I talked to. He was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction. Plus! I have to say as a woman asking questions about something I genuinely knew nothing about, I didn’t feel talked down too, no mansplaining and I wasn’t hit on; I just received help. Seems silly I’m sure to a male person, but this often is the case, and here it was not. Also I needed a pump fixed and they had it done within 24hrs and it’s working perfectly.

We purchased our spa in 2019. It was a big choice, but SO WORTH!!! The water is SO easy to maintain. With tubs we had in the past I would be changing water every couple of months due to in balanced water. The Spa boy system makes it beyond easy to maintain your water. I would never choose a different spa again. Well worth the investment.

We have had our Wolverine since 2019 and we love it! We recently needed to schedule a diagnostic service call as a result of complications from a power outage. Eric was fantastic. He assessed the issue very quickly and fixed the problem. He was polite, informative and efficient. We just had our hot tub delivered and set up by Paul, and he was fantastic. He had to work extra hard as his colleague was sick, but he still made it happen. Originally, we were going to reschedule, but since I already had the electrical and water delivery booked, Paul came out on his own. I gave him a hand, and together we were able to get the tub into place. Paul clearly enjoys his job, and it shows. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. One piece was missing from the delivery, so Paul went back to Duncan to pick it up and, even though he was on his way to drop off more hot tubs, he returned the same day to bring it to us. Later that same day, while I was at work, technician Goran stopped by and walked my wife through the programming and features of the hot tub. I didn’t meet Goran personally, but my wife said he was great. A big shoutout as well to Sabrina, Caroline, and Jenny, Marc for helping us answer our questions and choose the right Arctic Spa — the Cub. Overall, an amazing team and a great experience!

We purchased the Summit salt water hot tub from Arctic Spa on Quadra. Andrew was amazing!! I have issues with my skin and could never enjoy using a hot tub until trying a salt water one at Arctic Spa. My skin has never felt better and not dealing with chemicals is fantastic. We had Goran come to pick up our pool pump on Monday as it was leaking and making weird noises. He explained that the noise was from the bearings and the seal was gone and told us the shop would be closed next week and hoped he could have it fixed before then. I had an issue with the YESS system on my 2022 Kodiak and I reached out to John, the owner, for advice. John could not have been nicer. He quickly responded to me, providing videos and taking me through the procedure to set the valves correctly inside the shell. It turns out that the valves had been misaligned for the entire 2.5 years I’ve owned the tub and the YESS system was not operating anywhere near full efficiency. He helped me avoid a service call. He saved me money. Here’s the thing. I reached out to him blindly. I live in the US and didn’t buy my tub from him. He didn’t have to do any of this. This is how I know he’s a good person. This is the dealer you want to buy from. One who is truly in it to ensure his customers are happy with what they’ve purchased and that they’re getting everything out of what they’ve purchased. John is good people. He takes care of his customers. He’s obviously there when you need him. If you’re in B.C. and looking for a hot tub, this is the guy you need to buy from. You’ll be getting a great tub, first off, but for as long as you own it you’ll have stand-up support. Thats getting harder and harder to find these days.

The delivery guys were great, Matthew the installer was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy our new spa the same evening! Excellent tub if you want top quality with minimal maintenance demands and don’t want to soak in a pool of chemicals. They were able to make a plug and play model for us (110 amp service) and it has worked well. Service staff have been helpful, reliable and responsive.

Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products. She was very accommodating for us to come and try out the swim spa (on more than one occasion). The swim spa we tested was the Hudson. It was a very nice unit. Spacious, with enough room for someone to swim while someone is sitting in the lounger. The 2 seats had good jets. Each targeted different areas. The one lounger seat side was more preferable with the jet placing. I was able to test out swimming with the tether (which is something I thought I wouldn’t like before trying), but it was good. Something very different than lane swimming (which is what I am used to), but still has the ability to provide a good workout in my opinion. I also tried swimming with the large jet running at the end of the tub. Which I didn’t enjoy as much. Swimming with the jet alone would not be enough counter current in my opinion (depending on your level of swimming). But swimming with the tether and the jet going, or just the tether alone would be good. Overall both my husband and I liked the spa. Seems like they are a very well built and functioning product. Overall had a wonderful experience with Sabrina:)

We’ve only had our spa for a month, and we didn’t get a full walkthrough from the Arctic Spa dealer we bought it from, so it left me feeling a bit lost. I have been struggling with skin rashes from my Summit Spa Boy with peak ozone so I went on a hunt for some answers. That led me to finding John Keirstead on the Arctic Spa Owners FB page who has been the number one person I trust from this point forward. He has experience with sensitive skin issues caused by spa chemicals and has graciously educated me on how to fix this, even though I’m not his customer and have never bought anything from his store (I live in Alberta). I am forever grateful to be using my spa to its full potential without using the chemicals that were triggering my skin issues. This hot tub set up turns out to be fairly easy and we were overthinking everything. He said that ozone is my friend and now I’m understanding the magic of the spa boy salt spa with ozone 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I was nearly thinking of selling my spa until I found him. I have been absolutely blown away from the service that Eric gave me regarding an issue I was having with my spa. He not only returned my email after hours with a phone call he stuck with me untill he got through my issue without even having to come out. Purchased a hot tub 18 months ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately the salt water unit failed and the unit company had gone out of business. Tried the tech guys who were going to look into options but went to Sabrina and she actually figured out the issue and it was a simple problem with the power that was minimal cost. Wanted it working for family for Christmas and now it is working! So helpful and amazing. Will always be going to this company for our hot tub needs. Owner also came down during the discussion and was super helpful with advice for maintaining the chlorine levels etc. Was not happy initially with the failing unit but loved how they helped us figure it out and even gave us good advice for maintaining water cholorine levels in the future. They can be trusted to help you out even after the original purchase.

I scheduled a visit to troubleshoot some issues with our 7 year old hot tub. Eric reached out an hour before getting here, which I requested and needed to be able to get here from work. Very, and I mean very promptly had his tools down to the back yard, tub panels open and... comically confirmed the issue he had said it likely was as he was unloading and getting ready. Eric was great. I had to be there because we needed to test some connectivity issues with my phone and the spa boy. I was trying so hard not to be the "staring over his shoulder guy" but he is so inviting and knowledgeable. He showed me and talked me through operations of different things in our spa including the issues we were having and other neat tidbits that help to provide all our enjoyment with the hot tub! We have another simple issue with one of the fountains but it will nee to be done when we empty and change the water. Its simple but i can tell from whatvhe showed me, will be a bit cumbersome and annoying working in a tight spot to replace and replumb piping in some tight quarters. All I sensed from Eric though, was a positive explanation on how he will do it and the only thing standing in his way, is we will need the tub emptied so pipes are free of water (ps... VERY simple issue with one of the 4 fountains havig developed a clog!). Monica and Tania were easy to deal with at the schediling end of things. Marc is always there in the Duncan Store front and helped me with some earlier info before i had things fully scheduled. Sorry, had to say a lot above here because I got a lot! We know with absolute, 100% certainty, we use our spa way, and I mean WAY more than average folks. Arctic Spas has designed and produced an absolute industry leading spa and tremedously easy to service. They surround it with excellent salespeople, efficient admin for service and most inportantly, very personable, knowledeable technicians tweaking little issues and setting them right! And let me give John a little thumbs up too! The little videos online are great. Giving info on things that might stretch out 2-6 months more use on an salt cell and just nice stuff for some of the DIY people out there, saving them a buck instead of only relying on service calls... fantastic. We had technician Goran Jandric come to our house to fix a problem we were having with the Arctic spa app. He was very professional and very experienced and on time. He did some troubleshooting and knew exactly what the problem was. Changed an electronic part. I had to re-register my spa on the app and now it works fine. I am an advocate of Arctic spas and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a spa especially on Vancouver island. Very pleased.

We had a technician (Duncan) come to our place on Salt Spring. Duncan was very thorough in his approach and we appreciated his care and attention to detail.

Very knowledgeable and polite. Caroline answered all our questions clearly and without any sales pressure. We thought the spas were out of our price range but she showed us the Be Well spas and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We enjoy it every chance we get.

Caroline really helped me out the other day when my spa's probe was acting up. I came in at the end of the day and she stayed late to help assess my issue and offer a few things to try, including some great DIY tips that ended up solving my problem, which saved me a lot of time and money. She was also courteous enough to follow up with me the next day via email to let my know my PH was a bit high but that otherwise she was happy to see the probe was working again. Also a big thanks to Devon, who is always available to help with my water chemistry questions.

Very good experience with Sabrina setting me up with some treatment products for my other brand hot tub. She took care to educate me on what I did, and as importantly, did not need, and how to monitor my water properly. Grateful to have a trustworthy resource close by. Thank you!

Bought our tundra in August 2025 and had a wonderful experience with Rebecca. The tub has been amazing - we use it more than we thought! Maintenance is easy with the spa boy system (it handles pH and chlorine for us). Just went in to replace the filters and buy some test strips. Jenny helped me out and recommended the hybrid filters. Swap put was a breeze. Can't say enough good things about our Tundra - have loved having it.

Paul and Matt delivered our first hot tub a few days ago. I was so impressed with their ability to manage the fitment of the tub how we wanted on our property, and both their knowledge and guidance with the systems involved. We are very happy with our Arctic Spa. Caroline has provided exceptional customer service following our purchase. I recently called for assistance and after calling her extension at the business number she let me know she was in the UK. Even though it was after 8pm UK time, she still logged in to her laptop to check the statistics of our tub and provided advice over the phone. Always happy to provide help, no matter what! Great service. After a phone call an email to edit this review for a name, I'm questioning a little on my 5 star. I like the place in Parksville in general,EVERYONE I've encountered has been delightful. I have not purchased my hot tub there,however I do go there to buy my chemicals. The last 2 times Sabrina has been the one who has helped me. ( PS Sabrina was not the one pressuring me to add a name and edit this review 😉)

Really enjoyed watching the videos made by John Keirstead . They showed lots of different Arctic Spas options, and how the seats vary, and how the jets massage different areas of our body. Very informative and worth watching!

We are in the deciding stage of buying a hot tub or spa and we are pretty keen on salt water so we have been dealing with Arctic Spa. We drove to Parksville to wet test a tub and Sabrina helped us so much. Her knowledge and care was outstanding even though we will be dealing locally. She answered all of our questions and encouraged us to try multiple options. She explained the full line up of tubs and clarified the information on salt water upkeep. The new Arctic Spa Cub has absolutely met all my expectations. I was especially impressed with the delivery team—Paul, Duncan, and Jason. We had some difficult access to navigate, but they worked hard and made it happen. Our hot tub was very old and no longer working. Thought we would have to buy a new hot tub but Eric explaned they could install new parts for a fracrion of the price of a new hot tub. We now have our hot tub working at a fraction of expected cost! Thanks Eric.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Artic Spa's and have been so happy with the whole process. We weren't 100% sure on where and when we were going to get one, but Jenny was persistent not aggressive and sent us emails frequently of upcoming sales and so forth. She had emailed about a sale and we jumped the next day to go see it! Jenny was so kind, professional, and not pushy at all. Was so happy to help and answer all our questions.
