Impressed with our recent spa service from Eric who rearranged his schedule day of service to accommodate us and we are very grateful. We bought our spa in 2019 and were having our annual check up. We had an amazing technician come out today. He was very friendly, informative and quite agile as he suspended himself over the hot tub as he removed the salt cell that was stuck . Thanks so much Duncan !

We have had our Wolverine since 2019 and we love it! We recently needed to schedule a diagnostic service call as a result of complications from a power outage. Eric was fantastic. He assessed the issue very quickly and fixed the problem. He was polite, informative and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and provided additional care and maintenance advice over and above fixing the original issue. Thank you for your excellent support and service!

I think we already wrote a review, but honestly, 6 months have passed now since we purchased our Arctic Spa and we LOVE it more than we ever could have imagined!! We switched over from a chlorine/bromine tub to the Arctic Spa salt water and it was the best decision. Our hot tub is at our second home so we are away weeks and sometimes even a month or so at a time. Each time we have arrived, our Arctic spa has been ready and waiting with ZERO maintenance to do!! With our old hot tub it was a constant balancing of the chemical soup for days before we got it right. We still can’t believe how easy this is. There’s literally nothing to do except enjoy!! Also, our skin was always itchy and irritated after getting out of our old hot tub that used chemicals. With our Arctic Spa salt water- our skin actually feels better after! We cannot recommend Arctic Spas enough. The sales process with Caroline, customer service from her and her staff as well as the installation has been impeccable. So happy!

Dropped in to see about having my spa water tested...since my normal shop is temporarily closed. Sabrina greeted me upon arrival ...did a quick strip test of my water sample...offered wellness solutions. Our hot tub was delivered at a time when our electrician wasnt able to be on-site After the wiring was done we had Eric ,one of the tech guys walk us through the process over the phone .He was very knowledgeable and had all the answers.Even called me a few days later to check and make sure things were going well Great customer service from Eric

Really enjoyed watching the videos made by John Keirstead . They showed lots of different Arctic Spas options, and how the seats vary, and how the jets massage different areas of our body. Very informative and worth watching!

We bought a Kodiac spa and couldn't be happier. The sales people (Andrew and Caroline) were welcoming and informative with no pressure. We even got to try it out before purchasing. The delivery team (Paul, Sam and Goran) did a flawless job; on time and placed carefully exactly as we planned. There are things to learn with a new hot tub and the support from Tania and Andrew has been friendly, clear and concise. We are using our hot tub every day! Just want to add that I've had the occasion to call Tania Gray for customer support and she has been excellent. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
