We recently purchased a hot tub from Artic Spa's and have been so happy with the whole process. We weren't 100% sure on where and when we were going to get one, but Jenny was persistent not aggressive and sent us emails frequently of upcoming sales and so forth. She had emailed about a sale and we jumped the next day to go see it! Jenny was so kind, professional, and not pushy at all. Was so happy to help and answer all our questions. We ended up putting a deposit on the tub that day!
Delivery and set up from Paul & Duncan were wonderful. Great guys for sure.
We love our salt water tub, all the jets and are super happy with our purchase. We highly recommend Artic Spa. You guys really go above and beyond!

Had a very professional house service call today to diagnose and repair my 2020 Arctic Spa ( Arctic Fox model). I really appreciated the technician , Matt Smith, taking the time to explain his service procedures , and pro tips for managing the spa.

Picked up our ocean swim spa this April. So far everything is going great. Love the versatility of a spa that works for swimming but doubles as a huge hot tub when desired. Jenny in Victoria was great helping us choose the right one. The Aquafun team from Crofton was super helpful with the installation (Paul and Charles) while Duncan stayed and took the time to set it all up while teaches us about its maintenance and endless functions. We’ve been using almost daily.

Eric came out to solve a non-working pump problem and I was fully expecting a big bill to replace it. He quickly diagnosed a capacitor had failed and replaced that instead. No fuss, no mess and gone in 60 seconds! Fastest tech in the west!

Huge thanks to Sabrina from arctic spas in Parksville for connecting me with Devon from aquafun pool & spa who provided help and guidance that enabled me to complete repairs on my own to the heater and eco pack on my cub prestige spa. Arctic spas have always provided excellent service and is by far the best hot tub I have ever owned and I have owned many different tubs over the past 40 years. The arctic salt water spas with spa boy kit is the only hot tub I would recommend!

We are very happy with our Arctic Spa. Caroline has provided exceptional customer service following our purchase. I recently called for assistance and after calling her extension at the business number she let me know she was in the UK. Even though it was after 8pm UK time, she still logged in to her laptop to check the statistics of our tub and provided advice over the phone. Always happy to provide help, no matter what! I think we already wrote a review, but honestly, 6 months have passed now since we purchased our Arctic Spa and we LOVE it more than we ever could have imagined!! We switched over from a chlorine/bromine tub to the Arctic Spa salt water and it was the best decision. Our hot tub is at our second home so we are away weeks and sometimes even a month or so at a time. Each time we have arrived, our Arctic spa has been ready and waiting with ZERO maintenance to do!! With our old hot tub it was a constant balancing of the chemical soup for days before we got it right. We still can’t believe how easy this is. There’s literally nothing to do except enjoy!! Also, our skin was always itchy and irritated after getting out of our old hot tub that used chemicals. With our Arctic Spa salt water- our skin actually feels better after! We cannot recommend Arctic Spas enough. The sales process with Caroline, customer service from her and her staff as well as the installation has been impeccable. So happy!

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
