From our first conversation with Bruce, it was obvious that he knew his products, yet he put no pressure on us. He simply presented the many facts that helped us decide, and left us to make our own decision. We have owned 3 tubs since the late '80s, and chemicals was a deal beaker. Arctic Spas became an easy decision. Our spa was delivered on time as promised, by Sam and Erik, and as I was trying to be helpful, we had some good laughs together, and the whole installation was an enjoyable experience. A minor adjustment needed for the YESS system was promptly done by Tania who took a break from her office duty for a house-call. This company has great employees and a top product.

Wow went in here today to have water sample done for the best hot tubs on earth and had the pleasure of meeting Bruce what a book of knowledge! We're new to the hot tubs world. Our hot tub water recently became cloudy, after bunch of kids jumping in and out of it for two days in a row. I've decided to get some advice form Arctic Spas on what we should do about it, and met Sabrina there. What a wealth of information she is! In just a few minutes I knew exactly what to do. She also recommended to try salt-water option for the hot tub, which is extremely inspiring. And her philosophy of "the least amount of chemicals" in a hot tub clicks very well with our preferences. So, moving away from those smelly chlorine pucks to the healthier way of using our spa now. Thanks Sabrina for your expert advices!

From the get go the service and product has been top notch. The spaboy package has made water maintenance a breeze. It's great being able to get the lights and pumps running, and a water quality check from your phone before even stepping outside.

Great service from Eric at Arctic Spas Duncan! He called ahead to let me know when he’d be arriving and was friendly, courteous and professional. I had a water leak and had found a loose fitting myself, but it was still leaking. Eric found the actual problem and explained what had happened in simple, easy-to-understand terms. He also recommended some helpful videos so I can better understand and maintain my spa. Knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with. Thanks, Eric!

We have always received first rate service from the manager, John and his outstanding staff. Particularly we appreciate the personal care that John has shown us over the years, from our purchase of our Arctic Fox Spa during the start of COVID and through to the present. Excellent customer service by Bruce and his team. We had a snag with our crane on delivery, so our installation crew from Arctic spas unfortunately showed up for installation and were unable to do the install that day. They rebooked in short order and Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful installing our new spa and troubleshooted expertly. Thanks to the whole crew for getting us started and the support along the way!

Our hot tub was very old and no longer working. Thought we would have to buy a new hot tub but Eric explaned they could install new parts for a fracrion of the price of a new hot tub. We now have our hot tub working at a fraction of expected cost! Thanks Eric.

Dropped in to see about having my spa water tested...since my normal shop is temporarily closed. Sabrina greeted me upon arrival ...did a quick strip test of my water sample...offered wellness solutions. We recently purchased a hot tub from Arctic Spas in Parksville, B.C. and have received excellent customer service from our sales representative Sabrina. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect in terms of providing friendly and informative information and has demonstrated excellent follow-up services in the home. Sabrina has gone out of her way outside of her regular work hours on three separate occasions to re-explain how to maintain the tub, it’s pH levels and other tub features. We would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from this company and utilizing the excellent services of Sabrina.

Excellent customer service, the spa is definitivly high quality, I had in the past Maax and beachcomber and this spa is better quality. Bruce will not over sell but give you the right information to get the right spa. I recommend this place for customer service and also for the quality of the spa.

4 Hot tub showrooms on Vancouver Island:

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
