We wanted to convert our existing hot tub to a salt water tub. I spoke to Caroline at Arctic Spas, who filled me in on our options, and we chose to go with the Saltron system. As we did not have a 110v plug near the tub and didn't want to run an extension card, we chose to hard wire it to the spa pac. Sam the technician did a great job of setting it up. He was knowledgeable, personable, and did a professional installation. He then took the time to explain the chemistry of the salt water system and how to test and adjust the water. We highly recommend Artic Spa for people in the market for a hot tub or looking to switch to a salt system.

Had a very professional house service call today to diagnose and repair my 2020 Arctic Spa ( Arctic Fox model). I really appreciated the technician , Matt Smith, taking the time to explain his service procedures , and pro tips for managing the spa.

The experience of my Arctic Spa is amazing. I’ve owned 3 other spas throughout the years - the traditional chemical hot tubs. This Salt Water tub is so much better. The maintenance is so much easier - the app is so helpful. But the greatest joy - is the pleasure of being in it. Most people keep asking if it’s too salty. No you don’t really notice the salt - what you notice is how comfortable it is - with out the smell of chemicals. And afterwards your skin feels fantastic.

We had Goran come to pick up our pool pump on Monday as it was leaking and making weird noises. He explained that the noise was from the bearings and the seal was gone and told us the shop would be closed next week and hoped he could have it fixed before then. He went out of his way to get it done and brought it back and hooked it up two days later. We are so appreciative of his great service; thank you!

Super happy with the delivery team (Paul and Duncan) and sales team (Jenny) who got us set up with our new Arctic Spa! Delivery came a few weeks early which was a nice surprise. Very pleasant team overall to deal with. Great Canadian company!

We bought a hot tub from the store in Duncan last July. It's one of the best things we've ever bought. We love it! Great value for money, knowledgable low-pressure sales people, and good after-sales service. I have been struggling with skin rashes from my Summit Spa Boy with peak ozone so I went on a hunt for some answers. That led me to finding John Keirstead on the Arctic Spa Owners FB page who has been the number one person I trust from this point forward. He has experience with sensitive skin issues caused by spa chemicals and has graciously educated me on how to fix this, even though I’m not his customer and have never bought anything from his store (I live in Alberta). I am forever grateful to be using my spa to its full potential without using the chemicals that were triggering my skin issues. This hot tub set up turns out to be fairly easy and we were overthinking everything. He said that ozone is my friend and now I’m understanding the magic of the spa boy salt spa with ozone 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We were in Arctic Spa Parksville and met Sabrina (saleswoman). She was absolutely pleasant, helpful and very welcoming. we can’t say enough good about her. If you are on the fence about an Arctic spa hot tub, just do yourself a favour now and invest in this brand (and a salt water system!). You won’t regret it!

Our first visit to Arctic Spa in Victoria, we met Jenny, extremely knowledgeable, so helpful, able to answer all our questions and really just the nicest person! Delivery & set up - another great experience. Paul and his incredible crew arrived - all hands on deck given the size of this spa - each member knew what to do - they made sure everything was perfect. Arctic Spa technician Duncan then provided us with a valuable tutorial session - ensuring we knew how to use our spa properly and maintain it.

I have been absolutely blown away from the service that Eric gave me regarding an issue I was having with my spa. He not only returned my email after hours with a phone call he stuck with me untill he got through my issue without even having to come out. Eric was extremely polite and helpful and definitely set the bar with his knowledge and professionalism. Again the service from Arctic Spa Duncan was top notch.

Purchased a hot tub 18 months ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately the salt water unit failed and the unit company had gone out of business. Tried the tech guys who were going to look into options but went to Sabrina and she actually figured out the issue and it was a simple problem with the power that was minimal cost. Wanted it working for family for Christmas and now it is working! So helpful and amazing. Will always be going to this company for our hot tub needs. Owner also came down during the discussion and was super helpful with advice for maintaining the chlorine levels etc. Was not happy initially with the failing unit but loved how they helped us figure it out and even gave us good advice for maintaining water cholorine levels in the future. They can be trusted to help you out even after the original purchase.

Jenny in Victoria went the extra mile in her first few days working for Arctic Spas on Quadra St. I left without purchasing a product I needed for my annual salt water change that I was doing that day. Jenny had called me before I got too far away from the store and I was able to quickly turn around and come back. With her expertise she reminded me that I needed the Spa Boy Salt Cell and left without purchasing it. This quick call saved me that whole day in time and I was enjoying my hot tub again that evening.

From our first conversation with Bruce, it was obvious that he knew his products, yet he put no pressure on us. He simply presented the many facts that helped us decide, and left us to make our own decision. We have owned 3 tubs since the late '80s, and chemicals was a deal beaker. Arctic Spas became an easy decision. Our spa was delivered on time as promised, by Sam and Erik, and as I was trying to be helpful, we had some good laughs together, and the whole installation was an enjoyable experience. A minor adjustment needed for the YESS system was promptly done by Tania who took a break from her office duty for a house-call. This company has great employees and a top product.

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
