Can I just say that this is the best investment we’ve ever made? We use this hot tub almost daily throughout the year. It’s absolutely fantastic to decompress in after a long day of work or commute or both. It was delivered by hand with no crane into a very tricky location, I’m so impressed. We have had it for about three or four years now and we love it.

Had a great experience with David at Aquafun. Worth the drive to Crofton. All the staff was incredibly knowledgeable while we replaced some jets and filter parts and so friendly, everyone pitched in to help! Will definitely make the drive next time we need supplies.

Nice staff, answers any questions you have and very knowledgeable. Tried all types of spas treatments, Bromine, chlorine but, salt is so much easier and better for your skin.

Huge thanks to Sabrina from arctic spas in Parksville for connecting me with Devon from aquafun pool & spa who provided help and guidance that enabled me to complete repairs on my own to the heater and eco pack on my cub prestige spa. Arctic spas have always provided excellent service and is by far the best hot tub I have ever owned and I have owned many different tubs over the past 40 years. The arctic salt water spas with spa boy kit is the only hot tub I would recommend!

We are very happy with our Arctic Spa. Caroline has provided exceptional customer service following our purchase. I recently called for assistance and after calling her extension at the business number she let me know she was in the UK. Even though it was after 8pm UK time, she still logged in to her laptop to check the statistics of our tub and provided advice over the phone. Always happy to provide help, no matter what! First time trying to clean a pool, I had many questions and was very confused. Devin, was the pool specialist I talked to. He was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction. Plus! I have to say as a woman asking questions about something I genuinely knew nothing about, I didn’t feel talked down too, no mansplaining and I wasn’t hit on; I just received help. Seems silly I’m sure to a male person, but this often is the case, and here it was not. Also I needed a pump fixed and they had it done within 24hrs and it’s working perfectly.

4 Hot tub showrooms on Vancouver Island:

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
