My wife and I have owned our Arctic Spas Cub now for 2 and a half years, and this is the second time I am writing a positive Google review regarding the Vancouver Island Arctic Spas team. When I was having some recent issues with my tub I went into the Parksville location and spoke with Bruce regarding what I was experiencing. Bruce was more than helpful in helping me get to the root of the problem, and we got to the point where he set up a work order for the Arctic Spas service team to come to our home and perform some checks. Their service manager Mark called me to set up the service call day and time, and then sent their technician Sam out to do the checks and any necessary work as promised. Problem solved. All my experiences with any of the staff from Arctic Spas Vancouver Island have been more than positive. The Arctic Spas product quality speaks for itself, and even though they may know they have the best product in the hot tub market, the Vancouver Island team understands the value of good customer service as it pertains to customer retention. It costs 5x as much to acquire a new customer as it does to keep an existing one, and Arctic Spas Vancouver Island continually shows that they understand this simple business fact in their dealings with their customers. We highly recommend them to anybody who is considering purchasing a hot tub.

The pump died on my 16 year old hot tub and Monica and Eric from Duncan Arctic Spas came the rescue! Both Monica and Eric were professional, prompt, friendly and supportive. I had my pump replaced faster than I anticipated. Thank you so much to you both!

The quality of the tub is matched by quality of Ryan's customer service. Ryan is the best part of this company in Victoria. Our family is so thankful he works for Arctic Spas. We are in the deciding stage of buying a hot tub or spa and we are pretty keen on salt water so we have been dealing with Arctic Spa. Technician Eric Aasen provided a full service of our hot tub on Friday last. Despite the horrible rain that poured down, he remained cheery throughout the operation. He worked very efficiently and was very knowledgeable - fully addressing our questions and concerns. We highly recommend him and Arctic Spas Duncan.

Pat and I would really like to express our appreciation to Bruce, Sam, Ethan and Mark for the excellent job of setting up our new spa. We chose ARCTIC SPA for the quality of materials, finish and the SPABOY electronics that actually make it very easy to operate and keep track of water quality. Being able to monitor operating cost is a real benefit and, as you probably know, the operating cost of this spa is substantially less than others we have had over the years. We find the salt water method of operation to be far superior to previous spas as well. The water is always crystal clear even though we are on well water with a higher PH level.

The new Arctic Spa Cub has absolutely met all my expectations. I was especially impressed with the delivery team—Paul, Duncan, and Jason. We had some difficult access to navigate, but they worked hard and made it happen. I also want to give a big thanks to Jenny for her excellent customer service from the very first day I walked into the showroom. Great team all around!

Good tech support and long term care...staff are dedicated and knowledgeable...I m glad to buy a Canadian tub and one that's long lasting, easy to use and durable. Keep up the great work Arctic Spas!

We absolutely love our new swim spa! Arctic Spas have been wonderful, from visiting their showroom in Parksville, the product itself, through to the delivery team. Bruce (in the showroom), Megan (office), and Paul, Sam and Eric (the delivery team/technicians) have been outstanding in their customer service. Paul’s precision with the delivery vehicle was quite something, and Eric and Sam deserve even greater praise for going above and beyond, staying late to get our pool set up after the water delivery people let us down. They did so with grace and professionalism. Which leads me to thank Marc at Red Williams for coming to the rescue when Island Water Hauling were a no show. They will now be our go-to water people in the future. All of this could not have happened as quickly without the fantastic work of Rob and his apprentice Zack at Arrowview Electric. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will also use them for any future work we have done. We have a few little follow-up things to be done, but I am confident that this will be carried out with the same above and beyond level that has been demonstrated by this company so far. We have no hesitation in recommending Arctic Spas and their products to anyone!

We wanted to give a shout-out to Duncan, the technician from Arctic Spas! We had an issue with one of our jets that required a replacement part. Duncan arrived right on time and quickly and skillfully removed the defective part and installed the new one—which, happily, was covered under warranty. What really impressed us was that Duncan didn’t just fix the problem and leave. He took the time to offer helpful advice on getting the most out of our hot tub, checked the pH levels, and showed us several features we didn’t even know we had! Duncan was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in providing great service. We really appreciated his help and would happily recommend him to anyone needing service from Arctic Spas.
