We have had our Arctic Spas hot tub for 9 years now and we absolutely love it, from the headrests to the build quality, we really enjoy our hot tub. Caroline and the crew at our local store in Duncan are a wealth of information and are always very helpful.

Dropped in to see about having my spa water tested...since my normal shop is temporarily closed. Sabrina greeted me upon arrival ...did a quick strip test of my water sample...offered wellness solutions. Great service on my first visit....and I liked the wellness options - Thank you again....will definitely be back for all my spa needs

From the first moment we walked into the show room we have had a great experience. Sabrina was amazing and well versed on all the products that were available. From beginning to end the service has been outstanding. Paul and Duncan did the installation with complete ease. Such lovely people to deal with. They all made our purchase excellent.

Nice staff, answers any questions you have and very knowledgeable. Tried all types of spas treatments, Bromine, chlorine but, salt is so much easier and better for your skin.

Huge thanks to Sabrina from arctic spas in Parksville for connecting me with Devon from aquafun pool & spa who provided help and guidance that enabled me to complete repairs on my own to the heater and eco pack on my cub prestige spa. Arctic spas have always provided excellent service and is by far the best hot tub I have ever owned and I have owned many different tubs over the past 40 years. The arctic salt water spas with spa boy kit is the only hot tub I would recommend!

Great service. After a phone call an email to edit this review for a name, I'm questioning a little on my 5 star. I like the place in Parksville in general,EVERYONE I've encountered has been delightful. I have not purchased my hot tub there,however I do go there to buy my chemicals. The last 2 times Sabrina has been the one who has helped me. ( PS Sabrina was not the one pressuring me to add a name and edit this review 😉)

We have been working with Richard in CR but went to Parksville for a wet test and Sabrina was fantastic, coming in on her day off just to help us. She went over features and differences in tubs, designs, and answered all our questions! Thank you again!

Had a very professional house service call today to diagnose and repair my 2020 Arctic Spa ( Arctic Fox model). I really appreciated the technician , Matt Smith, taking the time to explain his service procedures , and pro tips for managing the spa. Sabrina was so helpful as we ordered our new hot tub cover. Great service, quick to respond and provide everything we needed. Once again, Sabrina was extremely helpful getting us set up with a new replacement hot tub. She sent a bunch of great options and was able to get us set up within one week.

We purchased our spa in 2019. It was a big choice, but SO WORTH!!! The water is SO easy to maintain. With tubs we had in the past I would be changing water every couple of months due to in balanced water. The Spa boy system makes it beyond easy to maintain your water. I would never choose a different spa again. Well worth the investment.

Goran arrived on time and worked cheerfully and efficiently. Turns out our pump was broken and he had one in his van so was able to replace it and get it operational same day. Very nice man…thanks Goran, and thanks Aquafun!

I have been struggling with skin rashes from my Summit Spa Boy with peak ozone so I went on a hunt for some answers. That led me to finding John Keirstead on the Arctic Spa Owners FB page who has been the number one person I trust from this point forward. He has experience with sensitive skin issues caused by spa chemicals and has graciously educated me on how to fix this, even though I’m not his customer and have never bought anything from his store (I live in Alberta). I am forever grateful to be using my spa to its full potential without using the chemicals that were triggering my skin issues. This hot tub set up turns out to be fairly easy and we were overthinking everything. He said that ozone is my friend and now I’m understanding the magic of the spa boy salt spa with ozone 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I was nearly thinking of selling my spa until I found him. Thank you John for you expertise and willingness to help an Arctic Spa owner fall back in love with her hot tub 💕

Eric came out to solve a non-working pump problem and I was fully expecting a big bill to replace it. He quickly diagnosed a capacitor had failed and replaced that instead. No fuss, no mess and gone in 60 seconds! Fastest tech in the west!

We’ve only had our spa for a month, and we didn’t get a full walkthrough from the Arctic Spa dealer we bought it from, so it left me feeling a bit lost. We are very happy with our Arctic Spa. Caroline has provided exceptional customer service following our purchase. I recently called for assistance and after calling her extension at the business number she let me know she was in the UK. Even though it was after 8pm UK time, she still logged in to her laptop to check the statistics of our tub and provided advice over the phone. Always happy to provide help, no matter what! 4 Hot tub showrooms on Vancouver Island:

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
