We bought a hot tub from the store in Duncan last July. It's one of the best things we've ever bought. We love it! The experience of my Arctic Spa is amazing. I’ve owned 3 other spas throughout the years - the traditional chemical hot tubs. This Salt Water tub is so much better. The maintenance is so much easier - the app is so helpful. But the greatest joy - is the pleasure of being in it. Most people keep asking if it’s too salty. No you don’t really notice the salt - what you notice is how comfortable it is - with out the smell of chemicals. And afterwards your skin feels fantastic.

Jenny in Victoria went the extra mile in her first few days working for Arctic Spas on Quadra St. I left without purchasing a product I needed for my annual salt water change that I was doing that day. Jenny had called me before I got too far away from the store and I was able to quickly turn around and come back. With her expertise she reminded me that I needed the Spa Boy Salt Cell and left without purchasing it. This quick call saved me that whole day in time and I was enjoying my hot tub again that evening.

From the first moment we walked into the show room we have had a great experience. Sabrina was amazing and well versed on all the products that were available. We love our new hot tub and couldn't be more impressed with the service we received from Zack and everyone at Arctic Spas. They walked us through each and every step and handled a very tricky delivery easily with big smiles all around.
The Spa Boy option keeps our hot tub crystal clear and we can check on water quality and temperature via our cell phones. Absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a new hot tub do yourself a favour and give them a call, you will be very happy you did. Two thumbs up!!

Just the best shopping experience you can have. Arctic spa's are great company to deal with. The hot tub is awesome quality I can tell from the quality of the product that it will last for years. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. From the initial enquire throughout the whole process it has been seamless and painless, and everyone we have spoken with has been very helpful, just the way I like it. Great service from Eric at Arctic Spas Duncan! He called ahead to let me know when he’d be arriving and was friendly, courteous and professional. I had a water leak and had found a loose fitting myself, but it was still leaking. Eric found the actual problem and explained what had happened in simple, easy-to-understand terms. He also recommended some helpful videos so I can better understand and maintain my spa. Knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with. Thanks, Eric!

Purchased a hot tub 18 months ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately the salt water unit failed and the unit company had gone out of business. Tried the tech guys who were going to look into options but went to Sabrina and she actually figured out the issue and it was a simple problem with the power that was minimal cost. Wanted it working for family for Christmas and now it is working! So helpful and amazing. Will always be going to this company for our hot tub needs. Owner also came down during the discussion and was super helpful with advice for maintaining the chlorine levels etc. Was not happy initially with the failing unit but loved how they helped us figure it out and even gave us good advice for maintaining water cholorine levels in the future. They can be trusted to help you out even after the original purchase.

Excellent service in shop and at home. Eric installed and helped me with my saltron setup and took care of all my worries. I'm a qualified 😎 Walter White now, thanks Eric!Lol. The salt system is very nice. We haven't had any skin issues anymore thanks to the switch.

We couldn't be happier with the product, service and delivery of our new hot tub from Arctic Spa Parksville. We checked out several different spas in our quest to purchase a tub but once we visited the showroom in Parksville, our choice was easy. We have owned a hot tub from a different manufacturer in the past and wanted to downsize the tub and reduce the maintenance. Bruce at the Parksville location was awesome in explaining and helping us make our decision. He has been wonderful with his support over the process of ordering, site planning and follow up once delivered. The delivery team (Sam and Ryan) were also fantastic - they carefully moved the tub through a couple of tight spots with care and humour and really took the time to get the tub up and running. We were able to use the tub that night! I can't stress enough about how easy this tub is to maintain. We have owned before and found that maintenance could be a real pain. This salt water system with Spa Boy is unreal. I can't recommend enough. Beautiful, clear, soft water without constant tweaking - worth every penny if you are looking for a hot tub. I would highly recommend ArcticSpas in Parksville!

We received fast, efficient and professional service from Eric today. In addition to installing a new heater he checked to make sure all systems worked properly. This is our second arctic spa …..excellent product.

Our hot tub was delivered at a time when our electrician wasnt able to be on-site
After the wiring was done we had Eric ,one of the tech guys walk us through the process over the phone .He was very knowledgeable and had all the answers.Even called me a few days later to check and make sure things were going well

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
