We absolutely love our new swim spa! Arctic Spas have been wonderful, from visiting their showroom in Parksville, the product itself, through to the delivery team. Bruce (in the showroom), Megan (office), and Paul, Sam and Eric (the delivery team/technicians) have been outstanding in their customer service. Paul’s precision with the delivery vehicle was quite something, and Eric and Sam deserve even greater praise for going above and beyond, staying late to get our pool set up after the water delivery people let us down. They did so with grace and professionalism. Which leads me to thank Marc at Red Williams for coming to the rescue when Island Water Hauling were a no show. They will now be our go-to water people in the future. All of this could not have happened as quickly without the fantastic work of Rob and his apprentice Zack at Arrowview Electric. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will also use them for any future work we have done. We have a few little follow-up things to be done, but I am confident that this will be carried out with the same above and beyond level that has been demonstrated by this company so far. We have no hesitation in recommending Arctic Spas and their products to anyone!

I have been struggling with skin rashes from my Summit Spa Boy with peak ozone so I went on a hunt for some answers. That led me to finding John Keirstead on the Arctic Spa Owners FB page who has been the number one person I trust from this point forward. He has experience with sensitive skin issues caused by spa chemicals and has graciously educated me on how to fix this, even though I’m not his customer and have never bought anything from his store (I live in Alberta). I am forever grateful to be using my spa to its full potential without using the chemicals that were triggering my skin issues. This hot tub set up turns out to be fairly easy and we were overthinking everything. He said that ozone is my friend and now I’m understanding the magic of the spa boy salt spa with ozone 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I was nearly thinking of selling my spa until I found him. Thank you John for you expertise and willingness to help an Arctic Spa owner fall back in love with her hot tub 💕

I arrived at Arctic spas in Parksville yesterday afternoon with my two sons to look at a Durosport hot tub, we were greeted warmly by the salesman Bruce, they had two models to look at one with water and one not, we were encouraged to sit in and try them out, while Bruce explained all the features, which he did well and easily to a novice like myself. He had great advice regarding hookup, wiring and leveling, I felt unrushed and taken care of the whole time I was there. It was a great experience and found exactly what I was looking for. We highly recommend Arctic Spas Parksville. We had a great experience and love our new Strong Spa! For a plug and play spa it is FANTASTIC! We are totally enjoying using it but also it looks great in our backyard. One of the best things about it is the ease of opening it and closing it. This lid is awesome.

Arctic spas have always provided excellent service and is by far the best hot tub I have ever owned and I have owned many different tubs over the past 40 years. The arctic salt water spas with spa boy kit is the only hot tub I would recommend!

Stopped at the Parksville location on a Saturday of a long weekend when the store was actually closed. Sabrina happened to be in doing some work and was on her way out but took the time to get the items we needed, including a new cover lifter and showing us different filter options. Outstanding customer service and we look forward to our next visit.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Artic Spa's and have been so happy with the whole process. We weren't 100% sure on where and when we were going to get one, but Jenny was persistent not aggressive and sent us emails frequently of upcoming sales and so forth. She had emailed about a sale and we jumped the next day to go see it! Jenny was so kind, professional, and not pushy at all. Was so happy to help and answer all our questions. We ended up putting a deposit on the tub that day! Delivery and set up from Paul & Duncan were wonderful. Great guys for sure. I spoke with the owner of the company and he actually reached out to me to clarify any concerns or questions I had. The experience I had could not have been better. The level of customer service is extremely hard to find these days. 2 separate 20 plus minute phone calls just to answer questions and troubleshoot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Paul and Matt delivered our first hot tub a few days ago. I was so impressed with their ability to manage the fitment of the tub how we wanted on our property, and both their knowledge and guidance with the systems involved. These tubs are obviously well made and efficient, but their quality components and layout offers ease of inspection and maintenance.
