Our hot tub was very old and no longer working. Thought we would have to buy a new hot tub but Eric explaned they could install new parts for a fracrion of the price of a new hot tub. We now have our hot tub working at a fraction of expected cost! Thanks Eric.

The new Arctic Spa Cub has absolutely met all my expectations. I was especially impressed with the delivery team—Paul, Duncan, and Jason. We had some difficult access to navigate, but they worked hard and made it happen. I also want to give a big thanks to Jenny for her excellent customer service from the very first day I walked into the showroom. Great team all around!

Great service. After a phone call an email to edit this review for a name, I'm questioning a little on my 5 star. I like the place in Parksville in general,EVERYONE I've encountered has been delightful. I have not purchased my hot tub there,however I do go there to buy my chemicals. The last 2 times Sabrina has been the one who has helped me. ( PS Sabrina was not the one pressuring me to add a name and edit this review 😉)

We have been working with Richard in CR but went to Parksville for a wet test and Sabrina was fantastic, coming in on her day off just to help us. She went over features and differences in tubs, designs, and answered all our questions! Thank you again!

We were very impressed with ASVI - Parksville. Sabrina was very professional and helpful when we were looking at our hot tub options. On delivery day, Paul and Goran were on time and Goran explained how to maintain/use our tub in an easy-to-understand manner.
The whole process from start to finish was completed seamlessly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend ASVI to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Caroline really helped me out the other day when my spa's probe was acting up. I came in at the end of the day and she stayed late to help assess my issue and offer a few things to try, including some great DIY tips that ended up solving my problem, which saved me a lot of time and money. She was also courteous enough to follow up with me the next day via email to let my know my PH was a bit high but that otherwise she was happy to see the probe was working again. Also a big thanks to Devon, who is always available to help with my water chemistry questions.

Huge thanks to Sabrina from arctic spas in Parksville for connecting me with Devon from aquafun pool & spa who provided help and guidance that enabled me to complete repairs on my own to the heater and eco pack on my cub prestige spa. Arctic spas have always provided excellent service and is by far the best hot tub I have ever owned and I have owned many different tubs over the past 40 years. The arctic salt water spas with spa boy kit is the only hot tub I would recommend!

Our salesperson Marc was very helpful and informative, we appreciated his feedback and we bought the perfect tub for our needs. The delivery guys were great, Matthew the installer was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy our new spa the same evening! We would definitely call Matt anytime we need some assistance, he is professional, friendly and explains things well.

Jenny in Victoria went the extra mile in her first few days working for Arctic Spas on Quadra St. I left without purchasing a product I needed for my annual salt water change that I was doing that day. Jenny had called me before I got too far away from the store and I was able to quickly turn around and come back. With her expertise she reminded me that I needed the Spa Boy Salt Cell and left without purchasing it. This quick call saved me that whole day in time and I was enjoying my hot tub again that evening.

Thank you to John Keirstead for his information and support to rectify and issue I had with my Ocean Swim spa screen suddenly went blank and John offered support and Arctic spa came and fixed the issue so the Swim spa is good as new.

Dropped in to see about having my spa water tested...since my normal shop is temporarily closed. Sabrina greeted me upon arrival ...did a quick strip test of my water sample...offered wellness solutions. We bought a Kodiac spa and couldn't be happier. The sales people (Andrew and Caroline) were welcoming and informative with no pressure. We even got to try it out before purchasing. The delivery team (Paul, Sam and Goran) did a flawless job; on time and placed carefully exactly as we planned. There are things to learn with a new hot tub and the support from Tania and Andrew has been friendly, clear and concise. We are using our hot tub every day! Just want to add that I've had the occasion to call Tania Gray for customer support and she has been excellent. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
