We wanted to convert our existing hot tub to a salt water tub. I spoke to Caroline at Arctic Spas, who filled me in on our options, and we chose to go with the Saltron system. As we did not have a 110v plug near the tub and didn't want to run an extension card, we chose to hard wire it to the spa pac. Sam the technician did a great job of setting it up. He was knowledgeable, personable, and did a professional installation. He then took the time to explain the chemistry of the salt water system and how to test and adjust the water. We highly recommend Artic Spa for people in the market for a hot tub or looking to switch to a salt system.

Had Ryan out to check out my hot tub and show me how to maintain it. He did a great job and now I feel very comfortable in being able to look after the hot tub. He was very knowledgeable and friendly . I have never owned a tub before but I know that I will always use Arctic Spas for any questions or issues that I have.

We wanted to give a shout-out to Duncan, the technician from Arctic Spas!
We had an issue with one of our jets that required a replacement part. Duncan arrived right on time and quickly and skillfully removed the defective part and installed the new one—which, happily, was covered under warranty.
What really impressed us was that Duncan didn’t just fix the problem and leave. He took the time to offer helpful advice on getting the most out of our hot tub, checked the pH levels, and showed us several features we didn’t even know we had!
Duncan was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in providing great service. We really appreciated his help and would happily recommend him to anyone needing service from Arctic Spas.

Needed a rubber gasket for my pool pump. Everyone in town was out of them and had them back ordered. Attic spa was the only one in town that had them in stock!

Have had our Arctic Spa for 3 years. We had been using chlorine until we got our portable mini Spa Salt Water system. What a difference.. absolutely love this system. Can’t say enough about the difference on our skin. And the price and ease of use is incredible. LOVE IT 😍

So very pleased with our experience in buying from Arctic Spa. Jennie was wonderful to deal with.
The crane operator, Paul did an amazing job getting the tub up on our deck.
Duncan did a super job giving us Spa School, very thorough and a very knowledgeable, a pleasant guy indeed.

Our salt water spa was one of the best purchases we have made, it is super simple to maintain! No more daily water checks, it practically looks after itself. We use it year round and in the summer the grandkids love playing in it. The WIFI connection allows us to monitor levels and adjust temperature easily.

Update Feb 2022: small issue with the tub (blown fuse - it happens). Ryan was out to fix it within a day. Really appreciate the quick and efficient service. Back to enjoying the tub! 🙂

What a fabulous install today on our little island! Ryan and Dawson were so lovely, situating the tub just so.. until I was perfectly happy. They didn't leave a scrap of garbage, and repeated things until I clearly understood everything to keep my little Fox in tip top running order (not hard.. this is the easiest hot tub ever.. its shows all on my phone now,) Thank you guys for a fun day.. (and Dawson for sharing a bit of your lunch with Muppet ...golden retriever 😄)

A Big Thank you Arctic Spa for our outstanding Cub tub! The installation team that came in was a well oiled machine and everything went in without a hitch. We've been enjoying the tub for a few weeks now and we LOVE IT!. This is an incredible spa - our last two hot tubs (from other brands) always cooled down when we were soaking - this one warms up!
Also a special thanks to Ryan, their technician, who spent time showing me exactly how to operate the spa, and how to get the water balanced properly. Overall, I we are very impressed. Arctic Spas are the best for a reason!

We just had our hot tub delivered and set up by Paul, and he was fantastic. He had to work extra hard as his colleague was sick, but he still made it happen. Originally, we were going to reschedule, but since I already had the electrical and water delivery booked, Paul came out on his own. I gave him a hand, and together we were able to get the tub into place.
Paul clearly enjoys his job, and it shows. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. One piece was missing from the delivery, so Paul went back to Duncan to pick it up and, even though he was on his way to drop off more hot tubs, he returned the same day to bring it to us.
Later that same day, while I was at work, technician Goran stopped by and walked my wife through the programming and features of the hot tub. I didn’t meet Goran personally, but my wife said he was great.
A big shoutout as well to Sabrina, Caroline, and Jenny, Marc for helping us answer our questions and choose the right Arctic Spa — the Cub. Overall, an amazing team and a great experience!

We recently purchased a hot tub from Arctic Spas in Parksville, B.C. and have received excellent customer service from our sales representative Sabrina. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect in terms of providing friendly and informative information and has demonstrated excellent follow-up services in the home. Sabrina has gone out of her way outside of her regular work hours on three separate occasions to re-explain how to maintain the tub, it’s pH levels and other tub features. We would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from this company and utilizing the excellent services of Sabrina.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
