I'm a stickler for good service. The experience we had with Arctic Spas Parksville from sales, finance/admin, installation, and post-sale follow-up were all exceptional. Bruce bookended our experience. He was the first person we met and the last person we spoke to. He's friendly and knowledgeable and is a great ambassador for the company and brand. Tania in admin/finance was flexible and helpful when it came time for arranging delivery. Eric installed the tub and covered off a bunch of the basics and was patient with my questions. The product seems great and the team that helped us through made all the difference. Super happy and highly recommend.

Buying our new saltwater hot tub has been a perfect experience from start to finish. Sabrina listens to what is important to us. Our tub fits our needs perfectly. Our delivery was excellent, Eric was so great and patient with us as being a bit technically challenged He got us on line. We were able to enjoy our hot tub that same night. Great experience!!!

Just the best shopping experience you can have. Arctic spa's are great company to deal with. The hot tub is awesome quality I can tell from the quality of the product that it will last for years. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. From the initial enquire throughout the whole process it has been seamless and painless, and everyone we have spoken with has been very helpful, just the way I like it. Great job guys keep up the good work.

Amazing experience!

Can I just say that this is the best investment we’ve ever made? We use this hot tub almost daily throughout the year. It’s absolutely fantastic to decompress in after a long day of work or commute or both. It was delivered by hand with no crane into a very tricky location, I’m so impressed. We have had it for about three or four years now and we love it.

We wanted to give a shout-out to Duncan, the technician from Arctic Spas!
We had an issue with one of our jets that required a replacement part. Duncan arrived right on time and quickly and skillfully removed the defective part and installed the new one—which, happily, was covered under warranty.
What really impressed us was that Duncan didn’t just fix the problem and leave. He took the time to offer helpful advice on getting the most out of our hot tub, checked the pH levels, and showed us several features we didn’t even know we had!
Duncan was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in providing great service. We really appreciated his help and would happily recommend him to anyone needing service from Arctic Spas.

Goran and Lydia can to my house to service my hot tub. They were very professional and thorough. Fixed some issues my hot tub had. Answered all my questions and showed me how to do some maintenance as a new hot tub owner. I recommend their services.

We have always received first rate service from the manager, John and his outstanding staff. Particularly we appreciate the personal care that John has shown us over the years, from our purchase of our Arctic Fox Spa during the start of COVID and through to the present. The experience of my Arctic Spa is amazing. I’ve owned 3 other spas throughout the years - the traditional chemical hot tubs. This Salt Water tub is so much better. The maintenance is so much easier - the app is so helpful. But the greatest joy - is the pleasure of being in it. Most people keep asking if it’s too salty. No you don’t really notice the salt - what you notice is how comfortable it is - with out the smell of chemicals. And afterwards your skin feels fantastic.

I have been very happy with my Artic Fox. Just right for our family and runs perfectly.
Always able to get any (and there hasn’t been much) products I need from the Parksville store.
Highly recommend going with a salt water spa.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
