Sabrina was knowledgeable, upfront and very thorough! We were able to test multiple hot tubs such as the Kodiak Legend with the SDS jet which was the most powerful of all and gave a wonderful massage! The various seats with jets that focused on the hips and another seat with jets that focused on the back and feet! The Cub and Fox models were a perfect fit for our space and still a variety of jets and seats! She also let us experience the Hudson all weather pool where we could swim on a treadmill and still have two seats with jets! Even had a wonderful experience with their Sauna and cold plunge! We would highly recommend Arctic Spas!

We recently purchased a hot tub from Arctic Spas in Parksville, B.C. and have received excellent customer service from our sales representative Sabrina. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect in terms of providing friendly and informative information and has demonstrated excellent follow-up services in the home. Sabrina has gone out of her way outside of her regular work hours on three separate occasions to re-explain how to maintain the tub, it’s pH levels and other tub features. We would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from this company and utilizing the excellent services of Sabrina.

The new Arctic Spa Cub has absolutely met all my expectations. I was especially impressed with the delivery team—Paul, Duncan, and Jason. We had some difficult access to navigate, but they worked hard and made it happen. I also want to give a big thanks to Jenny for her excellent customer service from the very first day I walked into the showroom. Great team all around!

Excellent customer service by Bruce and his team. We had a snag with our crane on delivery, so our installation crew from Arctic spas unfortunately showed up for installation and were unable to do the install that day. They rebooked in short order and Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful installing our new spa and troubleshooted expertly. Thanks to the whole crew for getting us started and the support along the way!

We were very impressed with ASVI - Parksville. Sabrina was very professional and helpful when we were looking at our hot tub options. On delivery day, Paul and Goran were on time and Goran explained how to maintain/use our tub in an easy-to-understand manner. The whole process from start to finish was completed seamlessly. We were having difficulty with our Spa boy readings on our ArticSpa hot tub. Duncan from Aqua Fun came out to service the tub and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He took extra time to diagnose the problem and, once he replaced the probe, waited until everything was working perfectly! Highly recommend!

Bought our tundra in August 2025 and had a wonderful experience with Rebecca. The tub has been amazing - we use it more than we thought! Maintenance is easy with the spa boy system (it handles pH and chlorine for us). Just went in to replace the filters and buy some test strips. Jenny helped me out and recommended the hybrid filters. Swap put was a breeze. Can't say enough good things about our Tundra - have loved having it.

Excellent tub if you want top quality with minimal maintenance demands and don’t want to soak in a pool of chemicals. They were able to make a plug and play model for us (110 amp service) and it has worked well. Service staff have been helpful, reliable and responsive.

We highly recommend Arctic Spas Parksville. We had a great experience and love our new Strong Spa! For a plug and play spa it is FANTASTIC! We are totally enjoying using it but also it looks great in our backyard. One of the best things about it is the ease of opening it and closing it. This lid is awesome.

Wow! We are so excited that after many years of being without a “tub” we recently purchased a previously owned Artic Spa. Yes, it is in pristine condition; with new jets, a new spa pack, new head pillows and a new cover with a side lift it came to us at a very affordable price. Imagine after all that time and Artic Spa still dedicated to their product; absolutely impressive that they maintain an older model!!!!! Needless to say, yes we are thrilled with our ARTIC FOX that was built in 2017 and that it continues to “gift” us hours of leisure and relaxation. Oh and did I mention that while we were researching ARTIC FOX prior to the purchase that Artic Spas Parskville was helpful, friendly and very supportive!!!! Thank YOU all at Parskville Store especially Sabrina BOYLE!!!!!

We had an amazing technician come out today. He was very friendly, informative and quite agile as he suspended himself over the hot tub as he removed the salt cell that was stuck . Thanks so much Duncan !

From the first moment we walked into the show room we have had a great experience. Sabrina was amazing and well versed on all the products that were available. 4 Hot tub showrooms on Vancouver Island:

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
