Eric came out to solve a non-working pump problem and I was fully expecting a big bill to replace it. He quickly diagnosed a capacitor had failed and replaced that instead. No fuss, no mess and gone in 60 seconds! Fastest tech in the west!

I needed to replace the 14 year old jets in my Arctic Fox Spa. Jenny Seredocka at the Victoria store did a great job to help me. I was unsure which jets I needed, as the jets have changed slightly over the years. She loaned me some jets, so that I could test fit them and ensure that I received the correct ones. She managed to put together all of the jets I needed from in store inventory. She was very pleasant and helpful.

From our first conversation with Bruce, it was obvious that he knew his products, yet he put no pressure on us. He simply presented the many facts that helped us decide, and left us to make our own decision. We have owned 3 tubs since the late '80s, and chemicals was a deal beaker. Arctic Spas became an easy decision. Our spa was delivered on time as promised, by Sam and Erik, and as I was trying to be helpful, we had some good laughs together, and the whole installation was an enjoyable experience. A minor adjustment needed for the YESS system was promptly done by Tania who took a break from her office duty for a house-call. This company has great employees and a top product.

Just had my arctic spa fixed by Eric. He did an excellent job and took his time to explain what was wrong with the tub. Have owned the tub for 5 years and it is the first issue we have had. Excellent customer service from the time I called last week until my tub is back up and running. Thank you Eric.

Jenny in Victoria went the extra mile in her first few days working for Arctic Spas on Quadra St. I left without purchasing a product I needed for my annual salt water change that I was doing that day. Jenny had called me before I got too far away from the store and I was able to quickly turn around and come back. With her expertise she reminded me that I needed the Spa Boy Salt Cell and left without purchasing it. Just the best shopping experience you can have. Arctic spa's are great company to deal with. The hot tub is awesome quality I can tell from the quality of the product that it will last for years. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. From the initial enquire throughout the whole process it has been seamless and painless, and everyone we have spoken with has been very helpful, just the way I like it. Our salt water spa was one of the best purchases we have made, it is super simple to maintain! No more daily water checks, it practically looks after itself. We use it year round and in the summer the grandkids love playing in it. The WIFI connection allows us to monitor levels and adjust temperature easily.

4 Hot tub showrooms on Vancouver Island:

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
