It was a while ago (Oct) now, but Goran Jandric came to help with a problem with a newly installed heater for my hot tub on Gabriola. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Problem was fixed in no time. Thanks Goran

We just had our hot tub delivered and set up by Paul, and he was fantastic. He had to work extra hard as his colleague was sick, but he still made it happen. Originally, we were going to reschedule, but since I already had the electrical and water delivery booked, Paul came out on his own. I gave him a hand, and together we were able to get the tub into place.
Paul clearly enjoys his job, and it shows. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. One piece was missing from the delivery, so Paul went back to Duncan to pick it up and, even though he was on his way to drop off more hot tubs, he returned the same day to bring it to us.
Later that same day, while I was at work, technician Goran stopped by and walked my wife through the programming and features of the hot tub. I didn’t meet Goran personally, but my wife said he was great.
A big shoutout as well to Sabrina, Caroline, and Jenny, Marc for helping us answer our questions and choose the right Arctic Spa — the Cub. Overall, an amazing team and a great experience!

The crane operator, Paul did an amazing job getting the tub up on our deck.

Sabrina was so helpful as we ordered our new hot tub cover. Great service, quick to respond and provide everything we needed.
Once again, Sabrina was extremely helpful getting us set up with a new replacement hot tub. She sent a bunch of great options and was able to get us set up within one week.

We just bought a new home with a Yukon Arctic Spa. We went to Arctic Spas in Parksville and met Sabrina who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful . I would highly recommend anyone to reach out to Artic Spas to assist in any information you may require to keep your spa operating efficiently.

I'm a stickler for good service. The experience we had with Arctic Spas Parksville from sales, finance/admin, installation, and post-sale follow-up were all exceptional. Bruce bookended our experience. He was the first person we met and the last person we spoke to. He's friendly and knowledgeable and is a great ambassador for the company and brand. Tania in admin/finance was flexible and helpful when it came time for arranging delivery. Eric installed the tub and covered off a bunch of the basics and was patient with my questions. The product seems great and the team that helped us through made all the difference. Super happy and highly recommend.

Came into parksville location thinking that I needed to spend hundreds of dollars to buy a part to clear an error that kept recurring on my system. Tanya looked us up on the computer and suggested that we should first update our software and see if issue was solved. It was! Thanks Tanya.

Just got my new tub and couldn't be happier! Had an old tub that I just couldn't fix anymore so I went and seen Bruce in Parksville. He is great and explained every option available and showed me the benefits you get with these tubs. Second to none .the crew Paul,Sam and Eric showed up and had it installed in 2.5 hours and where a great team of guys happy at their job, it was a pleasure having them. I recommend this brand and couldn't be happier.

Pat and I would really like to express our appreciation to Bruce, Sam, Ethan and Mark for the excellent job of setting up our new spa. We chose ARCTIC SPA for the quality of materials, finish and the SPABOY electronics that actually make it very easy to operate and keep track of water quality. Being able to monitor operating cost is a real benefit and, as you probably know, the operating cost of this spa is substantially less than others we have had over the years. We find the salt water method of operation to be far superior to previous spas as well. The water is always crystal clear even though we are on well water with a higher PH level.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
