Just had my arctic spa fixed by Eric. He did an excellent job and took his time to explain what was wrong with the tub. Have owned the tub for 5 years and it is the first issue we have had. Excellent customer service from the time I called last week until my tub is back up and running. Thank you Eric.

We wanted to give a shout-out to Duncan, the technician from Arctic Spas!
We had an issue with one of our jets that required a replacement part. Duncan arrived right on time and quickly and skillfully removed the defective part and installed the new one—which, happily, was covered under warranty.
What really impressed us was that Duncan didn’t just fix the problem and leave. He took the time to offer helpful advice on getting the most out of our hot tub, checked the pH levels, and showed us several features we didn’t even know we had!
Duncan was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in providing great service. We really appreciated his help and would happily recommend him to anyone needing service from Arctic Spas.

We went in to Arctic Spa to figure out how to maintain our hot tub as we just moved into a house with a hot tub. Bruce was very patient and informative in explaining our choices to us. I never felt rushed, and felt encouraged to ask questions. It was such a nice experience. Thank you Bruce!

We recently purchased a hot tub from Arctic Spas in Parksville, B.C. and have received excellent customer service from our sales representative Sabrina. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect in terms of providing friendly and informative information and has demonstrated excellent follow-up services in the home. Sabrina has gone out of her way outside of her regular work hours on three separate occasions to re-explain how to maintain the tub, it’s pH levels and other tub features. We would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from this company and utilizing the excellent services of Sabrina.

We had an amazing technician come out today. He was very friendly, informative and quite agile as he suspended himself over the hot tub as he removed the salt cell that was stuck . Thanks so much Duncan !

Picked up our ocean swim spa this April. So far everything is going great. Love the versatility of a spa that works for swimming but doubles as a huge hot tub when desired. Jenny in Victoria was great helping us choose the right one. The Aquafun team from Crofton was super helpful with the installation (Paul and Charles) while Duncan stayed and took the time to set it all up while teaches us about its maintenance and endless functions. We’ve been using almost daily.

Having owned a swimspa at three different locations in Western Canada and now looking to be on Vancouver Island, I connected with Sabrina at Arctic Spa in Parksville. She is informative and smart on the features and advantages of Arctic Spas swimspas, including the whys and knowledge of salt water pools and hot tubs over chlorine as well as knowledge and thoughts of the area regulations on installations. Having attended 3 other Arctic Spa locations in Western Canada, she is by far the most informative. Want to know about the whys on why salt water pools are better for around Vancouver Island - connect with her and Parksville Arctic Spa first!

Our salesperson Marc was very helpful and informative, we appreciated his feedback and we bought the perfect tub for our needs. The delivery guys were great, Matthew the installer was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy our new spa the same evening! We purchased our Spa seven years ago and I recently needed immediate service on it as I run an Airbnb and our guests book with us, knowing we have a saltwater spa. Everyone from Monica in the Crofton office to the service team Duncan And Lydia, all were amazing getting the job booked getting all the parts together and making sure it was up and running for my guest family checking in tomorrow from Switzerland!

Arctic spas make buying a spa an exciting experience. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied, and equipped with the knowledge we would need to take care of our spa. Eric was our Technician that did the install at our house , and he was very knowledgeable and helpful making sure we were equipped with everything needed , and teaching us how to use the spa. Great experience, and I would highly recommend them if your family is looking to add a spa to your home

We bought a Kodiac spa and couldn't be happier. The sales people (Andrew and Caroline) were welcoming and informative with no pressure. We even got to try it out before purchasing. The delivery team (Paul, Sam and Goran) did a flawless job; on time and placed carefully exactly as we planned. There are things to learn with a new hot tub and the support from Tania and Andrew has been friendly, clear and concise. We are using our hot tub every day! Just want to add that I've had the occasion to call Tania Gray for customer support and she has been excellent. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!

From our first conversation with Bruce, it was obvious that he knew his products, yet he put no pressure on us. He simply presented the many facts that helped us decide, and left us to make our own decision. We have owned 3 tubs since the late '80s, and chemicals was a deal beaker. Arctic Spas became an easy decision. Our spa was delivered on time as promised, by Sam and Erik, and as I was trying to be helpful, we had some good laughs together, and the whole installation was an enjoyable experience. A minor adjustment needed for the YESS system was promptly done by Tania who took a break from her office duty for a house-call. This company has great employees and a top product.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
