We purchased our spa in 2019. It was a big choice, but SO WORTH!!! The water is SO easy to maintain. With tubs we had in the past I would be changing water every couple of months due to in balanced water. The Spa boy system makes it beyond easy to maintain your water. I would never choose a different spa again. Well worth the investment.

We are in the deciding stage of buying a hot tub or spa and we are pretty keen on salt water so we have been dealing with Arctic Spa. We drove to Parksville to wet test a tub and Sabrina helped us so much. Her knowledge and care was outstanding even though we will be dealing locally. She answered all of our questions and encouraged us to try multiple options. She explained the full line up of tubs and clarified the information on salt water upkeep. First time trying to clean a pool, I had many questions and was very confused.
Devin, was the pool specialist I talked to. He was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction. Plus! I have to say as a woman asking questions about something I genuinely knew nothing about, I didn’t feel talked down too, no mansplaining and I wasn’t hit on; I just received help. Seems silly I’m sure to a male person, but this often is the case, and here it was not. Also I needed a pump fixed and they had it done within 24hrs and it’s working perfectly.

Had very good experience with Artic Spa’s Vancouver Island service partner: Aqua Fun. Our 5-year old spa developed a slow leak; we were unable to find the source. Eric Aasen, one of their techs, arrived at our house pretty much on time. Eric was clearly knowledgeable and experienced in repairing Arctic Spas. He found the source of the leak and repaired the spa. We had to drain the spa to allow the repair; Eric had the tools that enabled a rapid drain. Too, I was happy that he carried extra filters and chemistry on his truck. I needed fresh filters and more salt to treat the refilled spa; he was able to provide both at a fair price, saving a trip to town.

Bought our tundra in August 2025 and had a wonderful experience with Rebecca. The tub has been amazing - we use it more than we thought! Maintenance is easy with the spa boy system (it handles pH and chlorine for us).
Just went in to replace the filters and buy some test strips. Jenny helped me out and recommended the hybrid filters. Swap put was a breeze.
Can't say enough good things about our Tundra - have loved having it.

I have been absolutely blown away from the service that Eric gave me regarding an issue I was having with my spa. He not only returned my email after hours with a phone call he stuck with me untill he got through my issue without even having to come out. Eric was extremely polite and helpful and definitely set the bar with his knowledge and professionalism. Again the service from Arctic Spa Duncan was top notch.

We are very happy with our Arctic Spa. Caroline has provided exceptional customer service following our purchase. I recently called for assistance and after calling her extension at the business number she let me know she was in the UK. Even though it was after 8pm UK time, she still logged in to her laptop to check the statistics of our tub and provided advice over the phone. Always happy to provide help, no matter what! Our salesperson Marc was very helpful and informative, we appreciated his feedback and we bought the perfect tub for our needs. The delivery guys were great, Matthew the installer was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy our new spa the same evening! Dropped in to see about having my spa water tested...since my normal shop is temporarily closed. Sabrina greeted me upon arrival ...did a quick strip test of my water sample...offered wellness solutions. It was a while ago (Oct) now, but Goran Jandric came to help with a problem with a newly installed heater for my hot tub on Gabriola. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Problem was fixed in no time. Thanks Goran

Our hot tub was very old and no longer working. Thought we would have to buy a new hot tub but Eric explaned they could install new parts for a fracrion of the price of a new hot tub. We now have our hot tub working at a fraction of expected cost! Thanks Eric.

Picked up our ocean swim spa this April. So far everything is going great. Love the versatility of a spa that works for swimming but doubles as a huge hot tub when desired. Jenny in Victoria was great helping us choose the right one. The Aquafun team from Crofton was super helpful with the installation (Paul and Charles) while Duncan stayed and took the time to set it all up while teaches us about its maintenance and endless functions. We’ve been using almost daily.

Having owned a swimspa at three different locations in Western Canada and now looking to be on Vancouver Island, I connected with Sabrina at Arctic Spa in Parksville. She is informative and smart on the features and advantages of Arctic Spas swimspas, including the whys and knowledge of salt water pools and hot tubs over chlorine as well as knowledge and thoughts of the area regulations on installations. Having attended 3 other Arctic Spa locations in Western Canada, she is by far the most informative. We were very impressed with ASVI - Parksville. Sabrina was very professional and helpful when we were looking at our hot tub options. On delivery day, Paul and Goran were on time and Goran explained how to maintain/use our tub in an easy-to-understand manner.

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
