Great service from Eric at Arctic Spas Duncan! He called ahead to let me know when he’d be arriving and was friendly, courteous and professional. I had a water leak and had found a loose fitting myself, but it was still leaking. Eric found the actual problem and explained what had happened in simple, easy-to-understand terms. He also recommended some helpful videos so I can better understand and maintain my spa. Knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with. Thanks, Eric!

Dropped in to see about having my spa water tested...since my normal shop is temporarily closed. Sabrina greeted me upon arrival ...did a quick strip test of my water sample...offered wellness solutions. Great service on my first visit....and I liked the wellness options - Thank you again....will definitely be back for all my spa needs

We purchased our Spa seven years ago and I recently needed immediate service on it as I run an Airbnb and our guests book with us, knowing we have a saltwater spa. Everyone from Monica in the Crofton office to the service team Duncan And Lydia, all were amazing getting the job booked getting all the parts together and making sure it was up and running for my guest family checking in tomorrow from Switzerland! Thank you so much for helping me out when I called with all my questions about pH and alkalinity today! We’ve only had our spa for a month, and we didn’t get a full walkthrough from the Arctic Spa dealer we bought it from, so it left me feeling a bit lost. We had a noise with our new tub and the spa boy needed to be re-calibrated. Monica Crossfield took my call and was very helpful. She was able to secure a tech for the next day. Kept me updated in between. The next day Eric Aasen came by and fixed our issues I’m not time. He even took the time to explain a few things to me about the spa and chemicals. Super friendly and knew his stuff.

I needed to replace the 14 year old jets in my Arctic Fox Spa. Jenny Seredocka at the Victoria store did a great job to help me. I was unsure which jets I needed, as the jets have changed slightly over the years. She loaned me some jets, so that I could test fit them and ensure that I received the correct ones. She managed to put together all of the jets I needed from in store inventory. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Stopped at the Parksville location on a Saturday of a long weekend when the store was actually closed. Sabrina happened to be in doing some work and was on her way out but took the time to get the items we needed, including a new cover lifter and showing us different filter options. Outstanding customer service and we look forward to our next visit.

Our salesperson Marc was very helpful and informative, we appreciated his feedback and we bought the perfect tub for our needs. The delivery guys were great, Matthew the installer was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy our new spa the same evening! Paul and Matt delivered our first hot tub a few days ago. I was so impressed with their ability to manage the fitment of the tub how we wanted on our property, and both their knowledge and guidance with the systems involved. These tubs are obviously well made and efficient, but their quality components and layout offers ease of inspection and maintenance. The tub has quickly become a beloved part of our existence, and we are sleeping better after our sessions. Thanks Arctic Spas!

I recently called Arctic Spas in Parksville from the U.S. with questions about the Saltwater Generator system, as I was having a hard time getting clear answers from my local dealer. Sabrina was absolutely wonderful—despite having no financial incentive to assist me, she went out of her way to provide detailed support and guidance on what steps to take next. We had some difficult access to navigate, but they worked hard and made it happen. 4 Hot tub showrooms on Vancouver Island:

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
