Stopped at the Parksville location on a Saturday of a long weekend when the store was actually closed. Sabrina happened to be in doing some work and was on her way out but took the time to get the items we needed, including a new cover lifter and showing us different filter options. Outstanding customer service and we look forward to our next visit.

Can I just say that this is the best investment we’ve ever made? We use this hot tub almost daily throughout the year. It’s absolutely fantastic to decompress in after a long day of work or commute or both. It was delivered by hand with no crane into a very tricky location, I’m so impressed. We have had it for about three or four years now and we love it.

I recently called Arctic Spas in Parksville from the U.S. with questions about the Saltwater Generator system, as I was having a hard time getting clear answers from my local dealer. Sabrina was absolutely wonderful—despite having no financial incentive to assist me, she went out of her way to provide detailed support and guidance on what steps to take next. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. I highly recommend Arctic Spas for any of your hot tub needs. I only wish this location were closer to home! I think we already wrote a review, but honestly, 6 months have passed now since we purchased our Arctic Spa and we LOVE it more than we ever could have imagined!! We switched over from a chlorine/bromine tub to the Arctic Spa salt water and it was the best decision. Our hot tub is at our second home so we are away weeks and sometimes even a month or so at a time. Each time we have arrived, our Arctic spa has been ready and waiting with ZERO maintenance to do!! With our old hot tub it was a constant balancing of the chemical soup for days before we got it right. We still can’t believe how easy this is. There’s literally nothing to do except enjoy!! Also, our skin was always itchy and irritated after getting out of our old hot tub that used chemicals. With our Arctic Spa salt water- our skin actually feels better after! We cannot recommend Arctic Spas enough. The sales process with Caroline, customer service from her and her staff as well as the installation has been impeccable. So happy!

We have always received first rate service from the manager, John and his outstanding staff. Particularly we appreciate the personal care that John has shown us over the years, from our purchase of our Arctic Fox Spa during the start of COVID and through to the present. 4 Hot tub showrooms on Vancouver Island:

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best.  This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!”  This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system.  How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies.  Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
