We couldn't be happier with the product, service and delivery of our new hot tub from Arctic Spa Parksville. We checked out several different spas in our quest to purchase a tub but once we visited the showroom in Parksville, our choice was easy. We have owned a hot tub from a different manufacturer in the past and wanted to downsize the tub and reduce the maintenance. Bruce at the Parksville location was awesome in explaining and helping us make our decision. He has been wonderful with his support over the process of ordering, site planning and follow up once delivered. The delivery team (Sam and Ryan) were also fantastic - they carefully moved the tub through a couple of tight spots with care and humour and really took the time to get the tub up and running. We were able to use the tub that night! I can't stress enough about how easy this tub is to maintain. We have owned before and found that maintenance could be a real pain. This salt water system with Spa Boy is unreal. I can't recommend enough. Beautiful, clear, soft water without constant tweaking - worth every penny if you are looking for a hot tub. I would highly recommend ArcticSpas in Parksville!

We had Goran come to pick up our pool pump on Monday as it was leaking and making weird noises. He explained that the noise was from the bearings and the seal was gone and told us the shop would be closed next week and hoped he could have it fixed before then. He went out of his way to get it done and brought it back and hooked it up two days later. We are so appreciative of his great service; thank you!

I had an issue with the YESS system on my 2022 Kodiak and I reached out to John, the owner, for advice. John could not have been nicer. He quickly responded to me, providing videos and taking me through the procedure to set the valves correctly inside the shell.
It turns out that the valves had been misaligned for the entire 2.5 years I’ve owned the tub and the YESS system was not operating anywhere near full efficiency.
He helped me avoid a service call. He saved me money. Here’s the thing. I reached out to him blindly. I live in the US and didn’t buy my tub from him. He didn’t have to do any of this. This is how I know he’s a good person.
This is the dealer you want to buy from. One who is truly in it to ensure his customers are happy with what they’ve purchased and that they’re getting everything out of what they’ve purchased.
John is good people. He takes care of his customers. He’s obviously there when you need him.
If you’re in B.C. and looking for a hot tub, this is the guy you need to buy from. You’ll be getting a great tub, first off, but for as long as you own it you’ll have stand-up support. Thats getting harder and harder to find these days.

First time trying to clean a pool, I had many questions and was very confused.
Devin, was the pool specialist I talked to. He was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction. Plus! I have to say as a woman asking questions about something I genuinely knew nothing about, I didn’t feel talked down too, no mansplaining and I wasn’t hit on; I just received help. Seems silly I’m sure to a male person, but this often is the case, and here it was not. Also I needed a pump fixed and they had it done within 24hrs and it’s working perfectly.

John, Yvonne and staff did a fantastic job of finding the right spa for us, are very knowledgeable and experienced . We're really enjoying the spa and having owned several over the past years this Arctic spa is definitely the best one so far. We are happy to refer our friends and business associates.
Update: I had a issue with my spa turned out to be my electrical not the spa, however Ryan did a fantastic job in coming out during the snow plus on his day off!

Sabrina was knowledgeable, upfront and very thorough! We were able to test multiple hot tubs such as the Kodiak Legend with the SDS jet which was the most powerful of all and gave a wonderful massage! The various seats with jets that focused on the hips and another seat with jets that focused on the back and feet! The Cub and Fox models were a perfect fit for our space and still a variety of jets and seats! She also let us experience the Hudson all weather pool where we could swim on a treadmill and still have two seats with jets! Even had a wonderful experience with their Sauna and cold plunge! We would highly recommend Arctic Spas!

I have had my Cub with Spa Boy, for a year and I have to say it has been worth every penny. The tub held temperature even on the coldest days last winter. I monitor my power usage and it was really not very significant.. Spa Boy has kept the water in range, crystal clear and the walls of the tub have no signs of deposit or residue. I think I only had to use a couple caps of pH down all year. Frankly, I didn't expect the maintenance to be this easy. Hard to believe, actually, as I had a tub prior to this that worked on a bromine system and it required constant tending.
My only issue was when I drained and refilled, my fault adding too much sanitizer. After being unable to figure it out, John spent quite a bit of his time after hours working with me via text to solve the problem quickly. We determined that besides the additional sanitizer, I had accidentally changed a setting in Spa Boy. John was able to see this from their office !
Thanks to the "Marks" for working with me on the initial setup. Sales Mark was very friendly and not pushy.

We purchased our Spa seven years ago and I recently needed immediate service on it as I run an Airbnb and our guests book with us, knowing we have a saltwater spa. Everyone from Monica in the Crofton office to the service team Duncan And Lydia, all were amazing getting the job booked getting all the parts together and making sure it was up and running for my guest family checking in tomorrow from Switzerland!

We bought a hot tub through Arctic Spas Parksville last December and we have been extremely happy with our experience both with the company and the tub. We previously owned a Jacuzzi so we have something with which to compare. What we really appreciate is the salt water design and the advanced technology of web access to all the controls used to maintain the tub.
The service department were very helpful when we had a few teething problems after the installation. They were patient, quick to respond and very professional. Yvonne, Mark and his crew are a great asset to this company.
We would highly recommend the product and the company.

I would like to thank Sam for his help in figuring out the problem with, and making repairs to our 3 year old swim spa. He replaced the faulty probe very quickly and had our spa water perfectly balanced before he left. Thanks Sam, great work.

Wow! We are so excited that after many years of being without a “tub” we recently purchased a previously owned Artic Spa. Yes, it is in pristine condition; with new jets, a new spa pack, new head pillows and a new cover with a side lift it came to us at a very affordable price. Imagine after all that time and Artic Spa still dedicated to their product; absolutely impressive that they maintain an older model!!!!! Needless to say, yes we are thrilled with our ARTIC FOX that was built in 2017 and that it continues to “gift” us hours of leisure and relaxation. Oh and did I mention that while we were researching ARTIC FOX prior to the purchase that Artic Spas Parskville was helpful, friendly and very supportive!!!! Thank YOU all at Parskville Store especially Sabrina BOYLE!!!!!

Outstanding service, did everything I asked and more. Had the tub for 3 weeks now, hardly used any chemicals and the water is pristine. The app monitoring the tub is a brilliant idea, no need to worry about coming back to slimey tub after a vacation. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

Bought our tundra in August 2025 and had a wonderful experience with Rebecca. The tub has been amazing - we use it more than we thought! Maintenance is easy with the spa boy system (it handles pH and chlorine for us).
Just went in to replace the filters and buy some test strips. Jenny helped me out and recommended the hybrid filters. Swap put was a breeze.
Can't say enough good things about our Tundra - have loved having it.

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
