Absolutely fabulous! I was “kicking tires” and called Sabrina at the Parksville location just to get some early quotes. She sent me options and information right away and followed up with a call. And while we hadn’t decided if we were even getting a swim spa at that time, she sent more options when promos changed and invited us to test out the Fisher swim spa on site. I was interested but my husband wasn’t convinced. I did a swim test at a competitor on a Friday, and we tested the Fisher swim spa the next day. My husband decided that day that we had to get one. With the jets and the swim jets tested out, we couldn’t believe how strong the swim current jets are. Far stronger than a far more expensive spa that i tested; and with variable speed and the ability to adjust the flow up or down at angles, it gave us more than we expected- if you turn them on high, they will push you across the pool so definitely good for working out swimming or walking or water running. The next decision was size- we went with the 15’ size with the lounger and we couldn’t be happier. Delivery was suddenly available due to a cancellations so We scrambled to get the electrical ready and a cement pad poured- I recommend going bigger than you think to ensure you have a comfortable amount of space around the spa. Sabrina answered my questions every step of the way while we weighed our cover options and salt water or regular chemical options; and she was patient with all of the questions we had and always had the information we needed to help on our decision. And the delivery team was amazing. Paul backed in and swung it into place with Eric hooking it up and making sure it was squared up within a millimeter then got everything running- Very conscientious about getting everything right. We love the spa and got the salt water system because it is far less maintenance and makes your skin feel great without any harsh chemicals- and less often water replacement - this was important to us being on a smaller island where water is at a premium. I just picked up our roll cover today and can’t wait to get it in place. I can’t say enough about the service from Sabrina and the team at Arctic Spa on Parksville. The delivery guys were great, Matthew the installer was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy our new spa the same evening! We had excellent service in Saskatchewan and I can tell you the service from Bruce at Artic Spa in Parksville has been fantastic! Always available and patient with questions....always willing to help with problems. There's a spa place down the road from Artic Spa who friends of ours bought a tub from. When they were having trouble with their water they were told it could be due to frogs???? We told our friends to go to Artic Spa and they got excellent help and service from Bruce as well. We're new to the hot tubs world. Our hot tub water recently became cloudy, after bunch of kids jumping in and out of it for two days in a row. I've decided to get some advice form Arctic Spas on what we should do about it, and met Sabrina there. What a wealth of information she is! In just a few minutes I knew exactly what to do. She also recommended to try salt-water option for the hot tub, which is extremely inspiring. And her philosophy of "the least amount of chemicals" in a hot tub clicks very well with our preferences.
