We recently purchased a hot tub from Artic Spa's and have been so happy with the whole process. We weren't 100% sure on where and when we were going to get one, but Jenny was persistent not aggressive and sent us emails frequently of upcoming sales and so forth. She had emailed about a sale and we jumped the next day to go see it! Jenny was so kind, professional, and not pushy at all. Was so happy to help and answer all our questions. We ended up putting a deposit on the tub that day! Delivery and set up from Paul & Duncan were wonderful. Great guys for sure. The team at Arctic Spas in Duncan is so good! We've had our Eagle Spa for a few years now. Mark is always happy to answer my questions in the showroom. Thank you to John Keirstead for his information and support to rectify and issue I had with my Ocean Swim spa screen suddenly went blank and John offered support and Arctic spa came and fixed the issue so the Swim spa is good as new.

We bought a used Arctic Wolverine, but from the service we get from Arctic Spas Duncan, you would have thought we bought 3 tubs and ordered 4 more!!! They greet us by name, give us excellent advice, always have the items we need in stock, and spend as much time required with us, we never feel rushed!! Love this store!

I had an issue with the YESS system on my 2022 Kodiak and I reached out to John, the owner, for advice. John could not have been nicer. He quickly responded to me, providing videos and taking me through the procedure to set the valves correctly inside the shell. It turns out that the valves had been misaligned for the entire 2.5 years I’ve owned the tub and the YESS system was not operating anywhere near full efficiency. He helped me avoid a service call. He saved me money. Here’s the thing. I reached out to him blindly. I live in the US and didn’t buy my tub from him. He didn’t have to do any of this. This is how I know he’s a good person. This is the dealer you want to buy from. One who is truly in it to ensure his customers are happy with what they’ve purchased and that they’re getting everything out of what they’ve purchased. John is good people. He takes care of his customers. He’s obviously there when you need him. If you’re in B.C. and looking for a hot tub, this is the guy you need to buy from. You’ll be getting a great tub, first off, but for as long as you own it you’ll have stand-up support. Thats getting harder and harder to find these days.

We just had our hot tub delivered and set up by Paul, and he was fantastic. He had to work extra hard as his colleague was sick, but he still made it happen. Originally, we were going to reschedule, but since I already had the electrical and water delivery booked, Paul came out on his own. I gave him a hand, and together we were able to get the tub into place. Paul clearly enjoys his job, and it shows. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. One piece was missing from the delivery, so Paul went back to Duncan to pick it up and, even though he was on his way to drop off more hot tubs, he returned the same day to bring it to us. Later that same day, while I was at work, technician Goran stopped by and walked my wife through the programming and features of the hot tub. I didn’t meet Goran personally, but my wife said he was great. A big shoutout as well to Sabrina, Caroline, and Jenny, Marc for helping us answer our questions and choose the right Arctic Spa — the Cub. Overall, an amazing team and a great experience!

Goran arrived on time and worked cheerfully and efficiently. Turns out our pump was broken and he had one in his van so was able to replace it and get it operational same day. Very nice man…thanks Goran, and thanks Aquafun!

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best.  This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!”  This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system.  How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies.  Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
