I wanted a Hot Tub, but there were so many options. Bruce was the first I spoke to and he offered some great options and suggestions; including me doing my own research, which I did. Extensively. In the end, Arctic Spas was my best option from Price to Efficiency. I appreciated him not hard selling me, yet he was thorough with checking in. Eventually, my Hot Tub came way earlier than expected and the two technicians, Sam and Paul made installation a breeze. Unfortunately for all, there was some faulty equipment that came with my Spa, but again Tania treated my concerns with respect and quickly sent a team out to take care of it and satisfied my disappointment with a few gifts. All was made whole after my major purchase, and I honestly can't be happier right now. At this point, I am most happy with the customer service that Arctic Spas Parksville has continually provided. Thank you, now I need a soak....

I needed to replace the 14 year old jets in my Arctic Fox Spa. Jenny Seredocka at the Victoria store did a great job to help me. I was unsure which jets I needed, as the jets have changed slightly over the years. She loaned me some jets, so that I could test fit them and ensure that I received the correct ones. She managed to put together all of the jets I needed from in store inventory. She was very pleasant and helpful.

We wanted to thank Sabrina so much for helping us today with balancing the chemistry in our hot tub. She made us feel welcome and took the time and expertise to educate us in an easy to understand manner. She also took us around the hot tub show room and explained how the various filter systems work. Great job and thanks so much!

My wife and I have owned our Arctic Spas Cub now for 2 and a half years, and this is the second time I am writing a positive Google review regarding the Vancouver Island Arctic Spas team. When I was having some recent issues with my tub I went into the Parksville location and spoke with Bruce regarding what I was experiencing. Bruce was more than helpful in helping me get to the root of the problem, and we got to the point where he set up a work order for the Arctic Spas service team to come to our home and perform some checks. Their service manager Mark called me to set up the service call day and time, and then sent their technician Sam out to do the checks and any necessary work as promised. Problem solved. All my experiences with any of the staff from Arctic Spas Vancouver Island have been more than positive. The Arctic Spas product quality speaks for itself, and even though they may know they have the best product in the hot tub market, the Vancouver Island team understands the value of good customer service as it pertains to customer retention. It costs 5x as much to acquire a new customer as it does to keep an existing one, and Arctic Spas Vancouver Island continually shows that they understand this simple business fact in their dealings with their customers. We highly recommend them to anybody who is considering purchasing a hot tub.

Having owned a swimspa at three different locations in Western Canada and now looking to be on Vancouver Island, I connected with Sabrina at Arctic Spa in Parksville. She is informative and smart on the features and advantages of Arctic Spas swimspas, including the whys and knowledge of salt water pools and hot tubs over chlorine as well as knowledge and thoughts of the area regulations on installations. Having attended 3 other Arctic Spa locations in Western Canada, she is by far the most informative. I recently hired Arctic Spas Victoria to assist with a winterization and move of my hot tub from my balcony to a storage container which was a very technical move and required a lot of experience. Both Paul and Elsa were outstanding and completed the job with a high level of competence and skill. I highly recommend Arctic Spas Victoria and especially Paul and Elsa.

We’ve only had our spa for a month, and we didn’t get a full walkthrough from the Arctic Spa dealer we bought it from, so it left me feeling a bit lost.
