Can I just say that this is the best investment we’ve ever made? We use this hot tub almost daily throughout the year. It’s absolutely fantastic to decompress in after a long day of work or commute or both. It was delivered by hand with no crane into a very tricky location, I’m so impressed. We have had it for about three or four years now and we love it.

Great service. After a phone call an email to edit this review for a name, I'm questioning a little on my 5 star. I like the place in Parksville in general,EVERYONE I've encountered has been delightful. I have not purchased my hot tub there,however I do go there to buy my chemicals. The last 2 times Sabrina has been the one who has helped me. ( PS Sabrina was not the one pressuring me to add a name and edit this review 😉)

We have had our Arctic Spas hot tub for 9 years now and we absolutely love it, from the headrests to the build quality, we really enjoy our hot tub. Caroline and the crew at our local store in Duncan are a wealth of information and are always very helpful.

We are very happy with our Arctic Spa. Caroline has provided exceptional customer service following our purchase. I recently called for assistance and after calling her extension at the business number she let me know she was in the UK. Even though it was after 8pm UK time, she still logged in to her laptop to check the statistics of our tub and provided advice over the phone. Always happy to provide help, no matter what! Paul and Matt delivered our first hot tub a few days ago. I was so impressed with their ability to manage the fitment of the tub how we wanted on our property, and both their knowledge and guidance with the systems involved. These tubs are obviously well made and efficient, but their quality components and layout offers ease of inspection and maintenance. The tub has quickly become a beloved part of our existence, and we are sleeping better after our sessions. Thanks Arctic Spas!

Had very good experience with Artic Spa’s Vancouver Island service partner: Aqua Fun. Our 5-year old spa developed a slow leak; we were unable to find the source. Eric Aasen, one of their techs, arrived at our house pretty much on time. Eric was clearly knowledgeable and experienced in repairing Arctic Spas. He found the source of the leak and repaired the spa. We had to drain the spa to allow the repair; Eric had the tools that enabled a rapid drain. Too, I was happy that he carried extra filters and chemistry on his truck. I needed fresh filters and more salt to treat the refilled spa; he was able to provide both at a fair price, saving a trip to town.

We had Goran come to pick up our pool pump on Monday as it was leaking and making weird noises. He explained that the noise was from the bearings and the seal was gone and told us the shop would be closed next week and hoped he could have it fixed before then. He went out of his way to get it done and brought it back and hooked it up two days later. We are so appreciative of his great service; thank you!

4 Hot tub showrooms on Vancouver Island:

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
