Had a great experience with David at Aquafun. Worth the drive to Crofton. All the staff was incredibly knowledgeable while we replaced some jets and filter parts and so friendly, everyone pitched in to help! Will definitely make the drive next time we need supplies.

Impressed with our recent spa service from Eric who rearranged his schedule day of service to accommodate us and we are very grateful. We bought our spa in 2019 and were having our annual check up. Eric was thorough, explained everything and asked several times if we had any concerns or questions. Highly recommend arctic spa - great product and service!!

We purchased our spa in 2019. It was a big choice, but SO WORTH!!! The water is SO easy to maintain. With tubs we had in the past I would be changing water every couple of months due to in balanced water. The Spa boy system makes it beyond easy to maintain your water. I would never choose a different spa again. Well worth the investment.

We were very impressed with ASVI - Parksville. Sabrina was very professional and helpful when we were looking at our hot tub options. On delivery day, Paul and Goran were on time and Goran explained how to maintain/use our tub in an easy-to-understand manner.
The whole process from start to finish was completed seamlessly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend ASVI to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Dropped in to see about having my spa water tested...since my normal shop is temporarily closed. Sabrina greeted me upon arrival ...did a quick strip test of my water sample...offered wellness solutions. Great service on my first visit....and I liked the wellness options - Thank you again....will definitely be back for all my spa needs

We are in the deciding stage of buying a hot tub or spa and we are pretty keen on salt water so we have been dealing with Arctic Spa. We drove to Parksville to wet test a tub and Sabrina helped us so much. Her knowledge and care was outstanding even though we will be dealing locally. She answered all of our questions and encouraged us to try multiple options. She explained the full line up of tubs and clarified the information on salt water upkeep. So very pleased with our experience in buying from Arctic Spa. Jennie was wonderful to deal with.
The crane operator, Paul did an amazing job getting the tub up on our deck.
Duncan did a super job giving us Spa School, very thorough and a very knowledgeable, a pleasant guy indeed.

I stopped in to have the water quality tested for my spa and met Sabrina. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on spa chemicals and takes a holistic approach to managing water quality which I like. I am now considering switching to a salt water system and will be back to see her if I do.

Amazing experience!

It was a while ago (Oct) now, but Goran Jandric came to help with a problem with a newly installed heater for my hot tub on Gabriola. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Problem was fixed in no time. Thanks Goran

I recently called Arctic Spas in Parksville from the U.S. with questions about the Saltwater Generator system, as I was having a hard time getting clear answers from my local dealer. Sabrina was absolutely wonderful—despite having no financial incentive to assist me, she went out of her way to provide detailed support and guidance on what steps to take next. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out.
I highly recommend Arctic Spas for any of your hot tub needs. I only wish this location were closer to home!

Our first visit to Arctic Spa in Victoria, we met Jenny, extremely knowledgeable, so helpful, able to answer all our questions and really just the nicest person! Delivery & set up - another great experience. Paul and his incredible crew arrived - all hands on deck given the size of this spa - each member knew what to do - they made sure everything was perfect. Arctic Spa technician Duncan then provided us with a valuable tutorial session - ensuring we knew how to use our spa properly and maintain it.

We have always received first rate service from the manager, John and his outstanding staff. Particularly we appreciate the personal care that John has shown us over the years, from our purchase of our Arctic Fox Spa during the start of COVID and through to the present. The new Arctic Spa Cub has absolutely met all my expectations. I was especially impressed with the delivery team—Paul, Duncan, and Jason. We had some difficult access to navigate, but they worked hard and made it happen. We bought a used Arctic Wolverine, but from the service we get from Arctic Spas Duncan, you would have thought we bought 3 tubs and ordered 4 more!!! They greet us by name, give us excellent advice, always have the items we need in stock, and spend as much time required with us, we never feel rushed!! Love this store!

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
