We just had our hot tub delivered and set up by Paul, and he was fantastic. He had to work extra hard as his colleague was sick, but he still made it happen. Originally, we were going to reschedule, but since I already had the electrical and water delivery booked, Paul came out on his own. I gave him a hand, and together we were able to get the tub into place.
Paul clearly enjoys his job, and it shows. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. One piece was missing from the delivery, so Paul went back to Duncan to pick it up and, even though he was on his way to drop off more hot tubs, he returned the same day to bring it to us.
Later that same day, while I was at work, technician Goran stopped by and walked my wife through the programming and features of the hot tub. I didn’t meet Goran personally, but my wife said he was great.
A big shoutout as well to Sabrina, Caroline, and Jenny, Marc for helping us answer our questions and choose the right Arctic Spa — the Cub. Overall, an amazing team and a great experience!

Picked up our ocean swim spa this April. So far everything is going great. Love the versatility of a spa that works for swimming but doubles as a huge hot tub when desired. Jenny in Victoria was great helping us choose the right one. The Aquafun team from Crofton was super helpful with the installation (Paul and Charles) while Duncan stayed and took the time to set it all up while teaches us about its maintenance and endless functions. We’ve been using almost daily.

We bought a hot tub from the store in Duncan last July. It's one of the best things we've ever bought. We love it! Great value for money, knowledgable low-pressure sales people, and good after-sales service. Having owned a swimspa at three different locations in Western Canada and now looking to be on Vancouver Island, I connected with Sabrina at Arctic Spa in Parksville. She is informative and smart on the features and advantages of Arctic Spas swimspas, including the whys and knowledge of salt water pools and hot tubs over chlorine as well as knowledge and thoughts of the area regulations on installations. Having attended 3 other Arctic Spa locations in Western Canada, she is by far the most informative. Want to know about the whys on why salt water pools are better for around Vancouver Island - connect with her and Parksville Arctic Spa first!

Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products. She was very accommodating for us to come and try out the swim spa (on more than one occasion). The swim spa we tested was the Hudson. It was a very nice unit. Spacious, with enough room for someone to swim while someone is sitting in the lounger. The 2 seats had good jets. Each targeted different areas. The one lounger seat side was more preferable with the jet placing. I was able to test out swimming with the tether (which is something I thought I wouldn’t like before trying), but it was good. Something very different than lane swimming (which is what I am used to), but still has the ability to provide a good workout in my opinion. I also tried swimming with the large jet running at the end of the tub. Which I didn’t enjoy as much. Swimming with the jet alone would not be enough counter current in my opinion (depending on your level of swimming). But swimming with the tether and the jet going, or just the tether alone would be good. Overall both my husband and I liked the spa. Seems like they are a very well built and functioning product. Overall had a wonderful experience with Sabrina:)

Being able to both relax and swim at the same time is something we designed it for, so it’s awesome that you and your husband got to experience that balance firsthand. We also really appreciate your honest thoughts on the jet current vs. tether swimming—that kind of insight is incredibly valuable.
You might be excited to hear that Arctic Spas is introducing a brand new 18' swim spa model called the Polar Bear, featuring our new Turbo Jet system. This system is significantly stronger, creates much less surface turbulence, and provides a smoother, more consistent current—making it easier to swim against while also helping with body positioning and buoyancy. It’s a big step forward for those looking for a more natural swim experience without relying as much on a tether.

Very knowledgeable and polite. Caroline answered all our questions clearly and without any sales pressure. We thought the spas were out of our price range but she showed us the Be Well spas and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We enjoy it every chance we get.

We were very impressed with ASVI - Parksville. Sabrina was very professional and helpful when we were looking at our hot tub options. On delivery day, Paul and Goran were on time and Goran explained how to maintain/use our tub in an easy-to-understand manner.
The whole process from start to finish was completed seamlessly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend ASVI to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Goran arrived on time and worked cheerfully and efficiently. Turns out our pump was broken and he had one in his van so was able to replace it and get it operational same day. Very nice man…thanks Goran, and thanks Aquafun!

Huge thanks to Sabrina from arctic spas in Parksville for connecting me with Devon from aquafun pool & spa who provided help and guidance that enabled me to complete repairs on my own to the heater and eco pack on my cub prestige spa. Arctic spas have always provided excellent service and is by far the best hot tub I have ever owned and I have owned many different tubs over the past 40 years. The arctic salt water spas with spa boy kit is the only hot tub I would recommend!

Caroline really helped me out the other day when my spa's probe was acting up. I came in at the end of the day and she stayed late to help assess my issue and offer a few things to try, including some great DIY tips that ended up solving my problem, which saved me a lot of time and money. She was also courteous enough to follow up with me the next day via email to let my know my PH was a bit high but that otherwise she was happy to see the probe was working again. Also a big thanks to Devon, who is always available to help with my water chemistry questions.

Thank you to John Keirstead for his information and support to rectify and issue I had with my Ocean Swim spa screen suddenly went blank and John offered support and Arctic spa came and fixed the issue so the Swim spa is good as new.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
