This is my 2nd Arctic Spa we moved to Chemainus and bought a new swim spa from Marc in Duncan and had a warranty issue with the spa that meant it had to be replaced, and thanks to Caroline and her team at Arctic Spas we were able to setup and keep the damaged spa till the new one from the factory is delivered. Five star service !! Well it’s been a month and the replacement swim spa has arrived with the Covana cover, and the delivery and install by the Arctic Spa team was excellent. Everyone involved with the install, including Eric, Goran, Paul and Tania went the extra mile to assure we were happy and that everything went smoothly. Way to go Artic Spas in Duncan we will definitely recommend you !!! Also my recommendation, spend the extra money and get the Covana cover, you won’t regret it, it brings spa time to the next level. We were in Arctic Spa Parksville and met Sabrina (saleswoman). She was absolutely pleasant, helpful and very welcoming. we can’t say enough good about her. If you are on the fence about an Arctic spa hot tub, just do yourself a favour now and invest in this brand (and a salt water system!). You won’t regret it!

From the get go the service and product has been top notch. The spaboy package has made water maintenance a breeze. It's great being able to get the lights and pumps running, and a water quality check from your phone before even stepping outside.

Our hot tub was delivered at a time when our electrician wasnt able to be on-site After the wiring was done we had Eric ,one of the tech guys walk us through the process over the phone .He was very knowledgeable and had all the answers.Even called me a few days later to check and make sure things were going well Great customer service from Eric

I needed to enhance my knowledge about balancing the chemicals in our hot tub, as much of the information I’ve accessed on the internet, and elsewhere, can be conflicting and confusing. Sabrina scheduled some time with me one day, prior to opening the store, in order to provide me with a much-needed mini tutorial on the subject. Her instructions were very clear, concise, and extremely helpful. I was most appreciative of her assistance, as it’s rare to find someone willing to set aside their valuable time in the way that she did. I’m now much more well-informed, and have a higher degree of confidence, about maintaining the chemical balance of the water in our hot tub. Thank-you, Sabrina!

Excellent customer service, the spa is definitivly high quality, I had in the past Maax and beachcomber and this spa is better quality. Bruce will not over sell but give you the right information to get the right spa. I recommend this place for customer service and also for the quality of the spa.

Sabrina was so helpful as we ordered our new hot tub cover. Great service, quick to respond and provide everything we needed. Once again, Sabrina was extremely helpful getting us set up with a new replacement hot tub. She sent a bunch of great options and was able to get us set up within one week.

Be Well 912 Party J72 - 6 seat Our service was exceptional. Everyone that we interacted with were friendly and very knowledgeable. Our tech Eric and Delivery Driver Paul were prompt, curtious and respectful of the surroundings. Instructions for maintenance and use were explained in simple terms making it less overwhelming. I would definitely recommend Artic Spa Duncan for your spa needs. Thk U Eric

We wanted to convert our existing hot tub to a salt water tub. I spoke to Caroline at Arctic Spas, who filled me in on our options, and we chose to go with the Saltron system. As we did not have a 110v plug near the tub and didn't want to run an extension card, we chose to hard wire it to the spa pac. Sam the technician did a great job of setting it up. He was knowledgeable, personable, and did a professional installation. He then took the time to explain the chemistry of the salt water system and how to test and adjust the water. We highly recommend Artic Spa for people in the market for a hot tub or looking to switch to a salt system.

4 Hot tub showrooms on Vancouver Island:

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
