The pump died on my 16 year old hot tub and Monica and Eric from Duncan Arctic Spas came the rescue! Both Monica and Eric were professional, prompt, friendly and supportive. I had my pump replaced faster than I anticipated. Thank you so much to you both!

The team at Arctic Spas in Duncan is so good! We've had our Eagle Spa for a few years now. Mark is always happy to answer my questions in the showroom. Tania was reassuring and helpful when I placed my first service call recently, and Eric was just here checking on things. Our salesperson Marc was very helpful and informative, we appreciated his feedback and we bought the perfect tub for our needs. The delivery guys were great, Matthew the installer was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy our new spa the same evening! From the first moment we walked into the show room we have had a great experience. Sabrina was amazing and well versed on all the products that were available. From beginning to end the service has been outstanding. Paul and Duncan did the installation with complete ease. Such lovely people to deal with. They all made our purchase excellent.

We have had our Wolverine since 2019 and we love it!
We recently needed to schedule a diagnostic service call as a result of complications from a power outage.
Eric was fantastic. He assessed the issue very quickly and fixed the problem. He was polite, informative and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and provided additional care and maintenance advice over and above fixing the original issue.

Great service. After a phone call an email to edit this review for a name, I'm questioning a little on my 5 star. I like the place in Parksville in general,EVERYONE I've encountered has been delightful. I have not purchased my hot tub there,however I do go there to buy my chemicals. The last 2 times Sabrina has been the one who has helped me. ( PS Sabrina was not the one pressuring me to add a name and edit this review 😉)

We were having difficulty with our Spa boy readings on our ArticSpa hot tub. Duncan from Aqua Fun came out to service the tub and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He took extra time to diagnose the problem and, once he replaced the probe, waited until everything was working perfectly! Highly recommend!

Purchased a hot tub 18 months ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately the salt water unit failed and the unit company had gone out of business. Tried the tech guys who were going to look into options but went to Sabrina and she actually figured out the issue and it was a simple problem with the power that was minimal cost. Wanted it working for family for Christmas and now it is working! So helpful and amazing. Will always be going to this company for our hot tub needs. Owner also came down during the discussion and was super helpful with advice for maintaining the chlorine levels etc. Was not happy initially with the failing unit but loved how they helped us figure it out and even gave us good advice for maintaining water cholorine levels in the future. They can be trusted to help you out even after the original purchase.

I recently called Arctic Spas in Parksville from the U.S. with questions about the Saltwater Generator system, as I was having a hard time getting clear answers from my local dealer. Sabrina was absolutely wonderful—despite having no financial incentive to assist me, she went out of her way to provide detailed support and guidance on what steps to take next. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out.

Just had servicing done with Duncan. Great guy, very knowledgeable - explained very kindly where I was going wrong with my ongoing water maintenance. Also introduced me to a new cover style that'll save my wife and I a lot of headache.

Had a very professional house service call today to diagnose and repair my 2020 Arctic Spa ( Arctic Fox model). I really appreciated the technician , Matt Smith, taking the time to explain his service procedures , and pro tips for managing the spa.

I stopped in to have the water quality tested for my spa and met Sabrina. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on spa chemicals and takes a holistic approach to managing water quality which I like. I am now considering switching to a salt water system and will be back to see her if I do.

We wanted to give a shout-out to Duncan, the technician from Arctic Spas!
We had an issue with one of our jets that required a replacement part. Duncan arrived right on time and quickly and skillfully removed the defective part and installed the new one—which, happily, was covered under warranty.
What really impressed us was that Duncan didn’t just fix the problem and leave. He took the time to offer helpful advice on getting the most out of our hot tub, checked the pH levels, and showed us several features we didn’t even know we had!
Duncan was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in providing great service. We really appreciated his help and would happily recommend him to anyone needing service from Arctic Spas.

Eric came out to solve a non-working pump problem and I was fully expecting a big bill to replace it. He quickly diagnosed a capacitor had failed and replaced that instead. No fuss, no mess and gone in 60 seconds! Fastest tech in the west!

Our hot tub was very old and no longer working. Thought we would have to buy a new hot tub but Eric explaned they could install new parts for a fracrion of the price of a new hot tub. We now have our hot tub working at a fraction of expected cost! Thanks Eric.

We had a noise with our new tub and the spa boy needed to be re-calibrated. Monica Crossfield took my call and was very helpful. She was able to secure a tech for the next day. Kept me updated in between.
The next day Eric Aasen came by and fixed our issues I’m not time. He even took the time to explain a few things to me about the spa and chemicals. Super friendly and knew his stuff.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
