I spoke with the owner of the company and he actually reached out to me to clarify any concerns or questions I had. The experience I had could not have been better. The level of customer service is extremely hard to find these days. 2 separate 20 plus minute phone calls just to answer questions and troubleshoot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We highly recommend Arctic Spas Parksville. We had a great experience and love our new Strong Spa! For a plug and play spa it is FANTASTIC! We are totally enjoying using it but also it looks great in our backyard. One of the best things about it is the ease of opening it and closing it. This lid is awesome.

We worked with Jenny to purchase a Tundra. We've been very happy with it including SpaBoy and Smart pH which are both working well. Jenny, the install team, and the support team have all been great to work with and very responsive.

We wanted to give a shout-out to Duncan, the technician from Arctic Spas!
We had an issue with one of our jets that required a replacement part. Duncan arrived right on time and quickly and skillfully removed the defective part and installed the new one—which, happily, was covered under warranty.
What really impressed us was that Duncan didn’t just fix the problem and leave. He took the time to offer helpful advice on getting the most out of our hot tub, checked the pH levels, and showed us several features we didn’t even know we had!
Duncan was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in providing great service. We really appreciated his help and would happily recommend him to anyone needing service from Arctic Spas.

We bought a hot tub from the store in Duncan last July. It's one of the best things we've ever bought. We love it! Great value for money, knowledgable low-pressure sales people, and good after-sales service. Just had servicing done with Duncan. Great guy, very knowledgeable - explained very kindly where I was going wrong with my ongoing water maintenance. Also introduced me to a new cover style that'll save my wife and I a lot of headache.

Have been a customer of Artic Spa for 7 years! Started out in Saskatchewan and moved to Vancouver Island in 2018. Brought our tub with us. We had excellent service in Saskatchewan and I can tell you the service from Bruce at Artic Spa in Parksville has been fantastic! Always available and patient with questions....always willing to help with problems. There's a spa place down the road from Artic Spa who friends of ours bought a tub from. When they were having trouble with their water they were told it could be due to frogs???? We told our friends to go to Artic Spa and they got excellent help and service from Bruce as well. If you want a quality product with excellent service and knowledgeable help....go see Bruce in Parksville! You won't be disappointed!

Sabrina was knowledgeable, upfront and very thorough! We were able to test multiple hot tubs such as the Kodiak Legend with the SDS jet which was the most powerful of all and gave a wonderful massage! The various seats with jets that focused on the hips and another seat with jets that focused on the back and feet! The Cub and Fox models were a perfect fit for our space and still a variety of jets and seats! She also let us experience the Hudson all weather pool where we could swim on a treadmill and still have two seats with jets! Even had a wonderful experience with their Sauna and cold plunge! We would highly recommend Arctic Spas!

We are in the deciding stage of buying a hot tub or spa and we are pretty keen on salt water so we have been dealing with Arctic Spa. We drove to Parksville to wet test a tub and Sabrina helped us so much. Her knowledge and care was outstanding even though we will be dealing locally. She answered all of our questions and encouraged us to try multiple options. She explained the full line up of tubs and clarified the information on salt water upkeep. I recently called Arctic Spas in Parksville from the U.S. with questions about the Saltwater Generator system, as I was having a hard time getting clear answers from my local dealer. Sabrina was absolutely wonderful—despite having no financial incentive to assist me, she went out of her way to provide detailed support and guidance on what steps to take next. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out.
I highly recommend Arctic Spas for any of your hot tub needs. I only wish this location were closer to home!

Just had my arctic spa fixed by Eric. He did an excellent job and took his time to explain what was wrong with the tub. Have owned the tub for 5 years and it is the first issue we have had. Excellent customer service from the time I called last week until my tub is back up and running. Thank you Eric.

Had the Arctic Spa team here today delivering our new Tundra tub. The Driver Paul showed up last week to scope out the area to ensure all was good. Arrived on time this morning as promised at 10am along with his helper Alijah both were extremely polite and helpful. Tub was placed down exactly where I wanted it. The install Tech Eric was amazing. He went through everything thoroughly and made sure everything was working perfect before leaving. Extremely professional and obviously very knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend right from the Sales team of Marc Gibeau in Duncan this was a seamless transaction, very happy I decided to go with Arctic over the other Spa company in Duncan (who never returned my call). 5* customer service all around

Jenny in Victoria went the extra mile in her first few days working for Arctic Spas on Quadra St. I left without purchasing a product I needed for my annual salt water change that I was doing that day. Jenny had called me before I got too far away from the store and I was able to quickly turn around and come back. With her expertise she reminded me that I needed the Spa Boy Salt Cell and left without purchasing it. This quick call saved me that whole day in time and I was enjoying my hot tub again that evening.

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!
While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?
These can only be experienced in person!
We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!
What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
