I stopped in to have the water quality tested for my spa and met Sabrina. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on spa chemicals and takes a holistic approach to managing water quality which I like. I am now considering switching to a salt water system and will be back to see her if I do.

Sabrina was so helpful as we ordered our new hot tub cover. Great service, quick to respond and provide everything we needed. Once again, Sabrina was extremely helpful getting us set up with a new replacement hot tub. She sent a bunch of great options and was able to get us set up within one week.

On delivery day, Paul and Goran were on time and Goran explained how to maintain/use our tub in an easy-to-understand manner. The whole process from start to finish was completed seamlessly. So very pleased with our experience in buying from Arctic Spa. Jennie was wonderful to deal with. The crane operator, Paul did an amazing job getting the tub up on our deck. Duncan did a super job giving us Spa School, very thorough and a very knowledgeable, a pleasant guy indeed. 10 out of 10 on all fronts

Just had my arctic spa fixed by Eric. He did an excellent job and took his time to explain what was wrong with the tub. Have owned the tub for 5 years and it is the first issue we have had. Excellent customer service from the time I called last week until my tub is back up and running. Thank you Eric.

Huge thanks to Sabrina from arctic spas in Parksville for connecting me with Devon from aquafun pool & spa who provided help and guidance that enabled me to complete repairs on my own to the heater and eco pack on my cub prestige spa. Arctic spas have always provided excellent service and is by far the best hot tub I have ever owned and I have owned many different tubs over the past 40 years. The arctic salt water spas with spa boy kit is the only hot tub I would recommend!

Really enjoyed watching the videos made by John Keirstead . They showed lots of different Arctic Spas options, and how the seats vary, and how the jets massage different areas of our body. Very informative and worth watching!

Great service. After a phone call an email to edit this review for a name, I'm questioning a little on my 5 star. I like the place in Parksville in general,EVERYONE I've encountered has been delightful. I have not purchased my hot tub there,however I do go there to buy my chemicals. The last 2 times Sabrina has been the one who has helped me. ( PS Sabrina was not the one pressuring me to add a name and edit this review 😉)

We are in the deciding stage of buying a hot tub or spa and we are pretty keen on salt water so we have been dealing with Arctic Spa. We drove to Parksville to wet test a tub and Sabrina helped us so much. Her knowledge and care was outstanding even though we will be dealing locally. She answered all of our questions and encouraged us to try multiple options. She explained the full line up of tubs and clarified the information on salt water upkeep. 4 Hot tub showrooms on Vancouver Island:

We have four showrooms spread across Vancouver Island to serve you best. This includes spas that you can actually “Wet Test!” This means you can bring your swim trunks and try it out!

While we can demonstrate some things on our website with pictures and video, it is sometimes hard to express the clean smell of a saltwater spa…or feel the satin smooth texture of our latest acrylic called Polar White…or experience the soothing waters of a saltwater system. How about experiencing swimming into the powerful jets of a swim spa…or simply, getting a FREE deep massage from an Arctic Spas SDS seat?

These can only be experienced in person!

We have four locations evenly spread from Victoria on the South island to Campbell River up North so that you can experience one near you!

What we have available at each location varies. Please contact us first to arrange a time and allow us to check the status of what we have available to test at either location!
